Fantastic experience: We struggled for 8 months trying to find the right home. Again and again, we lost out on the homes due to a very competitive marketplace. It seemed homes that were nice last less than a week on the market. We began work 8kng with Lands End Realty in April. Courtney was prompt and professional. But it was what she did on social media soliciting homes not on the market yet that made her stand out. In fact, she was able to get us into a home before it went on the market and we were able to strike a deal with the seller and had a p and s in our hands within hours. We closed 32 days later as she worked perfectly with our lender and we had a smooth easy close after months of anxiety ridden shopping. Our house is amazing and we would not have gotten it if not for the great job done by Courtney.... Ric Oliveira
