Negative experience: The storm destroyed a few trees and after 3 days they have not even contacted me about the situation. Also when I moved the house has a few things that have to be fix and it took them about 2 weeks to fix it

Negative experience: Worst leasing company I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend this leasing company

Negative experience: Worse leasing company. Had lease for 3 years and they never got rid of wasps living in the building. Unfriendly at best. Not for small business. Took $500 of my deposit for paint after 3 year lease… property was dirty and had trash all over property, pallets and more when moved in, took awhile to clean up. We left the building better than when we moved in.

Negative experience: Third class service and for $400 they are advising to go to court also in auto pay they say that your payment are delayed and make their statement by adjustments and gave false statement along with that Connie bell she is the one who is irresponsible agent who don’t do work at the office and advise people to sign wrong lease paperwork she gave me paperwork for 12 month lease but we agreed for only six months and later end of the lease time she cut charges form deposit so eventually not good company. So when you guys decide to go with killer William expect trouble in the end of lease before that they behaved like genuine company and they follow rule but in the end they show their real face.

Negative experience: I did not feel represented and often felt disrespected. I felt pressured and guilted into doing things I was not comfortable with.

Fantastic experience: Nicholas Sanders is my favorite realtor I have ever used. Disclosure we are married. However, as a savvy investor I understand the importance of a strong and seasoned realtor. This is THE brokerage to use.

Negative experience: An agent with Keller Williams had a buyer for our property. The agent never collected the earnest money. Regardless of this... the agent did NOT send the required paperwork for our property to go back on the market. And it turns out their buyer's "pre approval" was bogus. It seems there is no recourse for me that would not cost more time or money than I have already lost. So, if I actually have the right to do so... I will not agree nor sign a contract with Keller Williams as a party. Also, no agent associated with Keller Williams is allowed to show our place.

Negative experience: Was inquiring about a house on Missouri that was for rent. Realtor was Connie bell. First off her attitude on the phone was horrible she didn't sound professional when I called to talk to her she acted like it was a big inconvenience that I was calling and that I was disturbing her. She didn't even run out credit to see where we are at so she could or couldn't help us. She just said and I quote "it wouldn't work out anyway". Made me cry afterwards.

Negative experience: I have hesitated writing a review for quite some time. After reading the other reviews, mostly good ones, it leaves me wondering why I had a poor experience. I rented a house through KW with Mary Plunkett. She was very kind and courteous initially. My first red flag was when I specifically asked about there being any issues with pests/bugs in the house and she told me no. Upon moving in and doing some cleaning, there were clearly bug carcasses (roaches) in the corners of the drawers and on top of the fridge and cabinets, and lighting above bathroom mirror. It looked as if maybe it had been bombed, and then not cleaned thoroughly. I lived and rented for almost two years at the same location, never paid rent late, never damaged or left things unruly, rarely voiced any complaints. I noticed my daughters closet had a strong musty smell and mentioned it to Mary. No one came out to check for mold like she said they would. When I asked again, she brought me a container of damp rid, which I thanked her for but felt insulted. I had issues with the fridge leaking and she had a friend come out to fix it several times, but it took almost the whole two years before it was just replaced. I got the impression that she did not want to forward my issues to the owner of the house, to actually have them addressed. I moved out as discussed in March 2020, which ended up being right in the middle of the lockdown. Neither of us had planned that of course. The trash company had stopped picking up anything outside the bin (extra bags, furniture, etc) because of COVID. I had just had a baby exactly a month before this which she was aware of. I also had my young kids out of school. And my fiancée was out of state which she was aware of. I ultimately had to set some things out by the curb the day I left, and random people came by and picked some stuff up but also went thru my trash can and the shed in the back. They made a mess and broke the shed door. I also had not mowed yet(having a newborn and it was also only MARCH) I had paid someone to clean the house, pick up the yard, and she still kept over $100. For what? Well she never responded to my request for what the charges would be. She was most inconsiderate and rude, and I would never, will never do business with them again.

Negative experience: I would not recommend using Keller Williams in Joplin. My wife and I just bought our first home with them and we regret it. Do not trust the agent we thought using a big well known realtor company we would be protected but we were wrong they do not care about your experience or satisfaction.
