Fantastic experience: My wife and and I are longtime northern Nevada residents, and were both raised here in Nevada. We have purchased homes in the past, and have used other realtors, but Ms Cari (Norcutt) and Berney Reality is by far our favorite realtor. Ms Cari has become family and took the time to get to really know us, and what we were looking for in a house and property. Ms Cari has a very bubbly and humorous personality, and when talking with her its like talking with a family member at the kitchen table. It was apparent she had our backs when selecting and looking at properties. If you are in the market for a house I would definitely recommend Ms Cari and Berney Realty.

Fantastic experience: Cari Norcutt and her team were awesome. I needed to assist an elderly parent sell THREE properties in Fallon from out of state. Conducting these transactions from 800+ miles away was made EASY with Cari Norcutt. She handled hiring contractors for needed repairs. Cari was communicative and allowed after hours phone calls at my convenience. I would work with her again/anytime to handle property transactions.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were house shopping for almost a year. Throughout that time we worked with Bailey Kretschmer and Mitzi Corkill. We were house shopping in an over hyped and ridiculously competitive market. We put in offers on more houses than I care to remember. While it was a frustrating process for us as the homebuyers Mitzi and Bailey never faltered in their assistance. They showed us every property that we wanted to see (even counseled us on some issues that they could see in those lemons- we were feeling desperate) plus suggesting new listings as they came up. My husband and I ended up choosing one of the houses they suggested. It wasn’t one we would of initially considered but it has turned into our dream house. They found us everything on our list plus more. Berney Releaty will forever be our go to choice when buying and selling in the future.

Negative experience: We were shown a home and liked it. Started going through the purchasing process to find the home was not owned by the seller. Our time was wasted and we went to another reality company to finally purchase a home we could legally buy.

Positive experience: Berne Realty of Fallon NV has relocated to a new location just down the street. I don’t recommend this realtor it’s website is confusing and incomplete, some homes they have contracted are nowhere to be found, there not listed but have signs on properties from realtors in there own office whom dropped the ball.

Fantastic experience: Shannon has helped us with many property purchases and sales. She goes above and beyond, not just showing up for the closing date alone but has been with us for the complete process for each property. Shannon is very professional, she’s always available for us and always answers our questions. Also, she puts our interests first. It has been a long journey with Shannon and we’re grateful to have her on our side. We look forward to working with her for the years to come and we would highly recommend her to anyone and glad that our friends and family have already started/worked with her!!!

Fantastic experience: We were moving here to Silver Springs and when visiting to see the area we kept seeing the Berney Realty signs. When we got back home to Issaquah WA I called them and Gwen Lister responded with in a few minutes. Man I am glad she did. It was wonderful to know that she had showings lined up for us to do before we even got back into town. We did not get the first homes we looked at but the 4th one was the one and we are so pleased. We put offer in on the 20th of Sept. And we moved in today the 6th of October. She is great to work with and is always smiling. She had our backs during the entire process and bring from Wa we got a good explanation as to the workings here. She was always available to answer our stupid questions and never left us hanging. Negative experience: It started out well. Our realtor was on point with getting inspections. That part was good. She was very responsive until we closed and then nothing afterwards. I don’t feel our contract protected us or was in any way there for us even though I asked several times for items to be listed. I was also told “it’s normal for seller to keep washer and dryer and refrigerator,” and “everything that is on the MLS listing is included in the home.” When I asked if everything could be listed just to protect everyone or for clarity, as the seller was asking us off hand what they could keep or leave. Seller also had to do rent back days which was not a pleasant experience with having to renegotiate and ask if we could leave stuff after we closed. Overall worst home buying experience I have ever had and this is my third home. I’ve never had a realtor not list things on the contract. I’ve bought in other states and what is normal “here,” regardless, I should not be feeling stressed because I don’t know where the seller is leaving the keys and I hope the stuff that was there on closing is there in three days. Thank you and yes, I spoke to realtor and the broker. This is merely a warning to make sure you protect yourselves. Good luck.

Fantastic experience: Shannon Nelson was the seller's agent when we purchased our house 3 years go. She stepped up and took over the buyers duties and helped us when our agent flaked out at the end. Y not showing up to the walk through, etc... Jump forward 3 years. We are doing remodeling on our home and I wanted another opinion. I called Shannon. She remembered who I was and took the time to talk to about our plans to remodel. I wanted to make sure we are going to get our money back down the road if we decide to sell our house. She was sweet and professional. I would highly recommend Shannon Nelson as your agent.

She is tireless, always available, and an expert in her field. You will not find a more attentive and qualified realtor to work on your behalf.

Negative experience: tried buying a house with a tenant occupying premises, tenant refused to leave house within 30 days of contract. all inspections were done before appraisal, which I requested to have appraisal first and had it written within the contract. Then when I backed out they held my earnest money and refused to release it until I paid for rest of inspections. Had to go to court at which point they still refused to admit fault. Worst house buying ever, scam artists to a profession and targets military and veterans as easy prey for a quick buck. They should be blacked flagged from the Military!!!!!

Negative experience: The agent I was working with knew her own listing was in my price point, in the neighborhood I wanted to live in and the right size for me. I had to find out about the listing on MLS.... NOT a happy camper. I have left a message for the broker, but am still waiting to hear back.
