Negative experience: Feels like I put in an application & all of a sudden they don't reply. I tried calling, texting, emailing and they don't respond. Theyve taken my payment for application but given me no response on whether approved or denied. This is my first time going through them for anything & it hasn't been a good experience. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: I contacted Miner Realty about a few nice units for rental. After approving my application they told me they needed finalize everything with the property owner. I never heard from them again. After nearly a dozen unreturned calls and messages I realize they just make their money off application fees. I don’t plan on trying to work with them in the future (as if they would take my call anyways). Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Terrible company, start using automated services to ask for surveys for their company through 13 different numbers and 9 different emails in the past 4 months. I’ve blocked all the old ones and they generate new domains to send from. Company isn’t bad for house purchases or rental properties, but they will not stop harassing you after you use their services . Now then can enjoy a bad review since they want to force the clients to do a survey I’ll just add this weeks 3 for example

Fantastic experience: Rebecca Kerr was prompt, thorough, and mindful of all my desires in finding a home. She was doing everything shy of fist fighting the other realtors. If you want someone who's gonna help you get into the home you'll love, you simply need look no further.

Negative experience: Mike miner is the worst person and realtor agency I’ve ever dealt with. Not only does he never allow you in the houses to look at when trying to buy, multiple houses I wasn’t able to even look at, he was nasty to my lawyer and my realtor when under contract when I was trying to buy a house. When he was put in his place by the other sellers lawyer, he then made up lies saying my lawyer didn’t want to continue with contract, and it was dead deal, once that was settle within one hour later he supposedly had a “roof inspection” done estimated costing 9k to fix which was also a lie because I had my own inspection done, DONT LIST WITH HIM AND DONT BUY FROM HIM. I will refuse to even look at houses he posts. He’ lets the power get to his head , if it ain’t his way it’s no one’s way. I left contract and got my deposit back just because of HIM. To your response, first I have no idea what you’re talking about it wasn’t 38k it was 110k, which just means you’ve done this before, second THE CONTRACT I HAD WITH SELLER STATED MAX OF $500 for them to pay and help fix repairs, no one asked for more money smh and no addendum was necessary with the CONVO between the lawyers, which you weren’t filled in , not our fault, and once THEIR LAWYER put you in your place and said let us in, you made up a lie about the roof because I HAVE AND STILL DO THE INSPECTION I GOT OF THE ROOF STATING IT WAS FINE for few years and to seal chimney. Not to mention I was going to fix everything my self butYOU didn’t allow me into the house to even get quotes, so don’t play victim. It didn’t go your way and you got put in your place and made sure a single mother with autistic kid got scre wed out of an affordable house. So good for you. you’ll always be the worst real estate agent and company I know.

Fantastic experience: Brett was great! We were first time buyers, buying from out of state, which made an already stressful process so much worse - Brett was an amazing help walking us through the process, looking at places for us when we couldn't be there so see them and getting us connected with local companies for any inspections or issues that came up. We've been in our home for 9 months now and it's the home we always dreamed of. We would absolutely recommend Brett and his firm to anyone looking in the area.

Fantastic experience: Kayla Jacobs was the best. I had met several other realtors before her, and they all promised to alert me of new properties in my price range. None followed through on that promise. I didn't have a lot to spend so I wasn't going to be a big money maker for them. After viewing a property with her, by the end of the day I was getting email alerts from her system. From that point, she made it her personal mission to find me the right house. Eventually we did.

He was always quick to respond and accommodating to my schedule when we were looking at homes for me and my little family, also extremely patient as we looked at multiple property’s until we found the perfect fit for us. His dedication didn’t stop there tho, he followed through all the way to closing answering questions I may have even if it didn’t pertain to his end of the deal, and getting ahold of the people needed to move the process along when it seemed to stall at times. Negative experience: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I Paid the fee after inquiring about two different houses. It’s been about 6 months. Haven’t heard a word. I just remembered. Ha. Thanks for less than nothing. I literally paid for nothing.

Negative experience: I called 2 weeks in a row as this so called company is the property manger for a duplex on my street. I would say they are more like slum lords. They rent to the summiest tenants ever. The turn over for tenants is unbelievable! I called requesting that the 4 cans of garbage left by tenats 5 weeks ago be moved to the street for garbage day. I was aurred week one it would be taken care of. LIARS....THEY DONT CARE AT ALL. Contious call backs advised there are now maggots and a foul stench week four. Now there are raccoons and skunks going through it and dragging trash down the street. Today AGAIN I CALLED in early am.. Advising my dog and i were chased and almost sprayed by skunks. They said it would be taken care of tonight as our street trash pick up is by 8 am. No one return call or put the disgusting trash to the road !! Gross careless propery management for sure. I would seriously consider working with another agency because that is certainly a sign of what you’d be dealing with. Lazy non caring staff don't care what thier property looks like or the way it affects the neighborhood.

Negative experience: The WORST!!!

Positive experience: I worked with Mike long distance, selling my father's house after he passed away. Communication was very poor. I never knew what was going on, and had to text him to confirm that the closing had happened.

Fantastic experience: Currently looking to rent a new place due to sale of my current home, and times are hard for that right now! The team has been contacting me often, making sure my applications have all gone in successfully. I'm in a time crunch, and Miner Realty truly understands that! Negative experience: NEVER NEVER EVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They accepted a deposit for a house, cancelled the sale and refused to return the money!!! Tried for MONTHS to get the money back and they wouldn’t return it until legal action was threatened!!! The house was full of BLACK MOLD!!!! Disgusting and rude people who only care about making their pockets bigger, they don’t care who they have to steal it from or who they make SICK with their terribly conditioned homes they refuse to fix! Dirty, rotten, no good thieves, would give them ZERO stars if I could!

Negative experience: We had been approved for a house to rent we was told to bring deposit the next morning so we showed up to pay and was told Mike had to review our application after already being approved we gave notice to our landlord because we were told it was ours and nothing to worry about well a week passed and then was told the owner wasn’t going to rent anymore he was going to do some repairs after we were already told the owner was renting it sight on seen and would not be fixing anything which whatever we didn’t care we liked the house but then to be told no sorry he’s not renting so we have asked about other rentals they have we have done other applications and still NOTHING WE have called and called and we get no answers and now we have to be out of our place and no where to go thanks to these wonderful people smh very disappointed and very angry that my family is now displaced because we were told something by three different people from the rental department that we had a place no worries so we believed them and gave notice to our landlord and now we are out on the street after trying to scramble to find a new place with no luck after looking at over 10 rentals DO NOT RELAY ON THEM DO NOT GICE NOTCIE TO YOUR LANDLORD UNTILL U HAVE THE KEYS TO THE PLACE THEY SAY YOU HAVE or u will be screwed and they will not help in anyway to try to get u into another rental they have smh

Fantastic experience: I have not worked with Miner Realty much directly, except for one phone call and one visit to the office to drop off of a check, but rather my husband and I worked with Amber Pirillo from Miner Reality to purchase the house we just closed on last Monday. Amber is a delight to work with! She went above and beyond to help us find our amazing house! When I needed help contacting vendors for some of the repairs, Amber jumped in, made some calls, setup some appointments, and met them on site for them to do their quotes/ repairs. We were impressed that not only was Amber extremely professional, she also seemed to want to genuinely help us. She was quick to return my calls and texts through the whole process and always made time for us when we found a house we wanted to see. If she didn't have the answer, she made sure she got the answer. In the end, one of the houses that Amber picked out for us to look at is the one we ended up choosing. Even after closing, she has still offered to help us with last minute calls! Amber is friendly, genuine, understanding, knowledgeable, and dedicated, and if/when we ever buy another house, she will be the first one we reach out to! She made us feel cared about when other realtors didn't want to bother. We highly recommend Amber Pirillo! Thank you, Amber!

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT FROM MIKE MINOR !!!!!! unless you want to die in your sleep due to unfixed carbon monoxide exposure. National grid turned my hot water and gas off April 5th 2024 due to carbon monoxide being found in my apartment. I’ve called and called and called, no one will fix it no one will answer the phone, they tried to charge me $50 for service fee when it’s literally dyer need. My ceiling fell out due to water damage from tenant upstairs, no one came to fix it i had to do it myself. It’s May 9th 2024, No hot water and no gas still, and the carbon monoxide is still not fixed. And still no one will answer. if you have children do not rent from here. it is so dangerous and i hope that i find somewhere fit soon.

Negative experience: These people are absolutely dreadfull they do not answer their phones or show apartments they do not clean or manage their property when damage is done they want payment but do not send out the proper people to handle the situation AVOID THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY BY ALL MEANS THEY GIVE A NEW MEANING TO THE WORDS SLUM LORDS

Fantastic experience: I like that they contact you about housing or where to buy or buy a house, but I’m looking to rent to my house soon as I can find the perfect one that will match my budget

Negative experience: Place sucks scheduled to look at an apartment twice and the guy never showed up. Then I called the office asked about what was going on I was give a number and had to call someone else. The person never answered and never showed up. Place is a joke and most of the properties are falling apart.

Negative experience: They never called me back.....I was looking for an apartment. They said they would send an application, never got this application and when I call them to say that I didnt receive it....radio silence....after a couple tries I gave up.

Negative experience: Made an arrangement with Mike for a house rental in Rome. He told us he would get back to us with the price and the house was ours. Well he never got back to us with a price and then we learned he sold it after he promised he would rent it. We also gave notice to vacate where we currently live. So not only did he lie to us now we have to scramble to find another rental so we have some place to live in less than 45 days. The property manager (Todd) called me over the weekend and was yelling at me over the phone. Then he told us we should go find somewhere else to rent from. This group of “non-professionals” isn’t worth the time or effort. Save yourself a headache and find another property management company to handle your rental.

Negative experience: Sold property to him in Rome, NY and he still has not gotten it straightened out. I have contacted him several times and usually no return call. Bottom line taxes are not being paid and City says i am showing as owner i am responsible.
