Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure working with John Tate. He’s helped me out with my property questions on days he’s sick, always invests his time into property research and has always been very kind.

Negative experience: Me and my wife used this realty to purchase our next home it was the first time and it will be the last time did not have a good experience with the agent we used they will lie to you tell you one thing and do something different they can not be trusted better rethink before using them not good when you are dealing we the pubic.

Negative experience: I rented a house that had a bed bug problem I had repeatedly said something about the bedbugs and was told that I was living in the house so it was my problem to get rid of them and then to top it all off. I rented a different house after my lease was up and I signed the lease on February 26. Then my Landlord sends me a letter May 16 that I received saying that I owe money for charges when it’s past the 60 day mark the letter was dated April 7. The envelope was dated May 16 so therefore it was not sit till May 16 three weeks after the 60 day and now I don’t get my deposit or anything back and the house was spotless from top to bottom. The only thing that I left personally that was mine was a couple dressers.

Negative experience: Way overpriced and the lady who handles a few of the properties is extremely rude and impolite. Not to mention she lies about thing, well, makes things up as she makes derogatory remarks about a young, special needs child. The home was cheaply put together. And had dogfood and chewed dog bones in the couch cushions as well as in and around other furniture. With a horrid smell!

Fantastic experience: This really team is very well staffed and surrounded by top performers in surveying and title transfer, there was zero issues using Laura, she was upfront, honest, and trustworthy do not hesitate to use these real estate professionals

Fantastic experience: A couple years ago I made the decision to seperate from my husband and needed a fresh start. Ozark Gateway found me an amazing affordable little house that I made into my home. The property owner switched rental companies recently and I had to make the decision to leave my home. Ozark Gateway still kept in touch to make sure I was taken care of. You all were truly a life saver in my time of need forever grateful.

Negative experience: I feel like I was really ripped off. I paid $138,000 for a small frame house that has been falling apart since I bought it 2 years ago. The Luxury Vinyl Flooring was a very cheap thin laminate that has separated, crumbled & is falling apart. There are electrical issues. I have problems with the ac unit every year. I bought this house to retire in. I don't think I will get the money back out of it. Oh! & the carport is falling apart. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were looking to buy a home in Arkansas however we were at the time living in Florida. We wanted to make sure we found someone we could trust and had good communication skills as we would be buying sight unseen. We found Laura Sackett-Clute on YouTube since we had been researching NW Arkansas for awhile and had really benefitted from her videos. From the beginning Laura was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, helpful and the care she has for her clients truly shows. We felt at ease working with Laura as she made what is already a stressful journey a smooth one. We were dependent of trusting her through the whole process as she was our eyes while we were not physically here. Negative experience: I went to look at a rental for a friend that was moving here from another state. I looked at the house took pictures and talked to rental agency. They seem like its too much of a bother to do their job. They didn't do what they said they were going to do and now he is here they are passed. I would never refer anyone to this company for any reason.

Negative experience: No stars dishonest, no integrity, con artists never use this company sold a house full of black mold and lied about it saying there was no sign of any mold, became ill first night in house I purchased and found out it was full of black mold and had to spend extra $25,000 to have the house gutted liar and conartists was lied to about realtors experience never use this real estate company

Negative experience: Rude staff indecisive and couldn't decide on a price for a rental. Talk to us as if we were stupid. I have dealt with multiple Realtors over the past and by far this is the worst experience I've had with any of them. They have sold properties to some of my extended family but personally they won't be getting my business I don't like how we were treated.

Negative experience: I will never recommend this company to anyone. I left the house in better condition than what I got it in and was still charged over $100 in cleaning fees. Horrible people to work with and tried to cheat my roommate and I out of a deposit. Never again will I EVER rent from these people. I should have listened to the multiple people that told me to stay away from this company.
