Fantastic experience: My sister lives here and she/we love it. It’s a quiet place,Beautiful landscaping, beautiful people, and the lot rent isn’t a second mortgage! I wish I had bought something in that neighborhood pre pandemic , wish in one hand… Seriously though they keep the pool and tennis courts and dog parks bench’s and , people really care for their yards. That’s my 2 cents.
Fantastic experience: James is so kind!
Negative experience: The community is beautiful and the neighbors are terrific. However, when buying in here they don’t tell you that there is a major problem with the water system and that any capital improvements are passed onto you. Be aware and do your homework. We did not.

Fantastic experience: From the noise of the city, this is the best. I've lived here for 22 years and have enjoyed it. If you are 55 or over, try it-you'll like it.
Fantastic experience: Was there a couple summers ago by the pool for a Woodstock party with a band. We had a great time.
Positive experience: Quite Need to have better control over. The work that has. To be completed on the home's the home's that. Have been purchased from 3 years ago that had not been completed yet. Fantastic experience: This is wonderful place to visit. My golfing and table tennis friends Bill and Trev reside here. The grounds are kept up, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The homes are in excellent shape as well. I enjoy my time visiting. I’d like to see them add a putting green or maybe small miniature golf course.
Negative experience: Not a nice place to live, keep raising the ground rent every time they get a chance. I could go on but why bother!

Positive experience: Well, my parents have owned their property here for about 13 years. There are things that would be a nice change, but understanding the community, it's fine. My parents enjoy their home and have wonderful neighbors. We like to visit when we can from Florida. We have never used the pool because of the restrictions. But from what my parents tell me, they have social events regularly. The residents have good relationships, which is nice. No complaints here.
