Fantastic experience: I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Dan Lynch on my new home. From the beginning, Dan has been fairly transparent about pricing and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed clarification throughout the building process. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is the willingness to accommodate customized options that are important to my health, wellness, and how I’ll actually live in my home. Rather than feeling limited, I’ve felt that my individual needs and preferences have genuinely been considered. Dan and his project manager, Dennis, have also been very consistent in helping ensure that the many design decisions throughout the home remain cohesive. Building a home involves an incredible number of choices, and having that guidance and attention to detail has made the process much easier. Dan’s wife also has impeccable taste and has been a wonderful resource when it comes to design! The entire office staff has been professional, kind, and pleasant to work with throughout the process. Overall, I’ve felt supported and well-informed while watching my home come together. I would absolutely recommend Dan Lynch Real Estate to anyone considering building a home in Basehor, Tonganoxie, or the surrounding Kansas City metro area. I’m very excited to see the finished home!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience working with Dan throughout both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new build. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable and confident when answering all of our questions about selling. It was obvious that he truly understands the market and knows how to guide his clients through the process. During our new build, Dan was there every step of the way. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. We especially appreciated how flexible and understanding he was when we ran into a last-minute issue with our lender. We truly felt like he had our best interests at heart the entire time. We also want to recognize the builder team, who were fantastic to work with as well — responsive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the process. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but Dan made the experience so much easier. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and supportive real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: Best people agents in the company

Negative experience: Kim Brown was horrible. Would not return calls, emails or texts... Very poor transaction.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is a damn shark of an agent. He helped us buy our first home and I’ve always heard home buying is a difficult process. With Ryan, I essentially sat back, signed some paperwork, wrote a check or two and we got our dream home in less than a month. He’s honest, upfront, and blunt in a great way. There’s no BS and that’s the way we like it. Can’t recommend him and Lynch Real Estate enough!

Positive experience: I have no personal experience with Dan Lynch, but I did buy a house he built. My agent said she had a difficult time with him in the past, but I saw none of that. The House - I had some issues with the build, and they were fixed. Some fixes were better than I expected. The house has great features and pretty good build quality. I have minor issues....they used flat matte paint. It's impossible to touch up... but it looks nice . I asked if there were survey stakes, and if not, can they stake it. Well, it was not done, but it's not a deal breaker. I am happy with the house and Mr. Lynch did do things to sweeten the deal...that frankly I did not expect.

Negative experience: Unreliable realtor. On the day of the deed they only gave me one key of the apartment. Until today I am waiting for the keys. She gave her word I would get the keys. I cannot have access to my mail box because I have no key. Don’t trust this people on words. Everything has to be written otherwise they don’t fulfill. What’s more, they didn’t come fully prepared to the deed. I had a hassle full paperwork to fill in after it. Honestly, worst experience in buying a property.

Fantastic experience: I worked solely with Dan. What can I say-he’s professional, he’s responsive, he knows the business, and he’s respectful. I never felt like an inconvenience, he responded even on the weekends. If you’re looking for a no hassle, stressless, easy buying/selling experience he’s your man. So glad we found him!

Fantastic experience: Dan and his team gave our family a positive home buying experience. Within two weeks, he helped us find a home, get it inspected, negotiated the sales price, and got us under final contract. It was a very smooth process and the team was available to answer questions as soon as they arose.

Fantastic experience: Kim Brown has been ahead of every possible scenario, she was there for the death of both of my parents and even helped me move in and back out of my dad's apartment. She has gone above and beyond helping me through a very difficult situation and is always available. I highly recommend her, you won't regret it!:)

Fantastic experience: We listed our former home and bought our new home with Dan as our agent. Dan and his staff are extremely personable, friendly and professional. Dan is an incredible wealth of knowledge on real estate pricing, zoning and restoration. I would highly recommend Dan to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: This review is not so much for Lynch Real Estate but specifically for LISA MILLER. My only regret is how long it has taken me to sit down and write it because she deserved it the day after closing. Lisa came as a personal referral and was absolutely as good as you’re going to get. I think there were days I called or texted her literally 47 times. And she responded by answering the phone, or texting back every single time. I had a lot of questions. For every house we looked at. Be it obtaining previous inspection reports, checking into property boundaries, understanding this crazy market and how to competitively make offers… She nailed it. I’m on call for work and that meant she had to be on call for me. She was. My home purchase was in KCK and I was mostly looking in KCMO. An hour and a half notice at the end of the day to go look at lemons to find a diamond… Lisa never once said, “Sorry, I can’t make it tonight.” If you’re paying attention then you know where her office is. Lisa, I really have to apologize, you deserved this review two months ago and thank you for all you did to make my home purchase as effortless as it was. And for everybody reading this, do yourself a favor and quit reading reviews, you’ve already found the best answer.

Fantastic experience: Dan has always done everything he said he was going to do. If you have him on your side he will fight for your interest. Has helped my family many years selling our properties protecting our interest and buying our new homes and getting what we want and need. Personally have never had anything but a great process in our selling and buying with Lynch Real Estate.

Negative experience: Just never again....granted he was the seller's agent, but made the entire process very difficult.

Negative experience: My wife and I decided to select Dan Lynch to build our first home together with. Things with Dan started off fine, he was polite and seemed very responsive to my wife and I when we had questions regarding certain things to start the process. The moment that we wrote our check to him for them to begin the building process everything went downhill quickly. If we needed an answer to a simple question, it took 1-2 weeks to even get a call back. If Dan did not feel like calling us back he would text us and provide 1 word answers to our question. He was not responsive to our real estate agent or myself and provided vague answers when he could be reached. His office was even worse, no one seemed to be able to assist with anything and we were directed to contact Dan (which of course, was next to impossible.) We were building during the height of Covid, so delays with materials and labor were almost an expectation. But the lack of communication and service that we received in regards to delays and issues with Dan were downright unacceptable. Our home closing date was pushed back 2 months, the price raised nearly $30,000 after he had already had us under contract for over 6 months, and he never was able to provide any sufficient itemized details showing the reasons for the delays and dramatically increased price. I will not go too far into details regarding how little eye contact he provided either my wife or real estate agent throughout the process due to the fact they are both women, but be forewarned when he did speak with myself there was a different tone and level of attention provided than when my wife or real estate agent were speaking. Overall, I could not more strongly recommend against using Dan Lynch and Invictus Builders to construct your new home for a variety of reasons. Save yourself the stress and time by choosing a builder who shows professionalism and respect to his/her clients and spend your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would, Dan Lynch has learned how to be successful in this business no doubt, but he seems to have done so at the expense of his ability to understand how to treat people with respect and dignity.

Positive experience: Asking too many personalized questions. Which I feel they are prying or getting a little to private for me. As long as I can pay my mortgage.

Fantastic experience: Kim is great to work with and willing to help with whatever to make her buyers/sellers happy. Kim always had a positive attitude and was happy/excited every time we met. Kim answered messages in a timely manner and if she didn’t know a answer she would find out.

Negative experience: Bought a house in tonganoxie ks my realtor I was using was amazing and responsive. But when it cam to dan be responsive and prompt nothing he'd send 1 word answers such as when would we be able to close on the house Dan "ok" my realtor ok what I asked a question and got nothing it was like that even through closing title wasn't ready called for it when we got to title company. I'd never use Dan lynch again

Negative experience: I just think in today's time. In business dealings respect for others opinions or feelings and even decisions are of utmost importance. I find it sad when I see a business like Lynch realtors that has realtors working for them that speak on their ideas and who they support and how wrong others may be that don't see it like them. I'm glad i didn't do business with a company that has employees representing them that let me know how they think about me and my values as a man of color, 100%American. I will be encouraging other open minded and minority's to NOT support Lynch realty until the realtor on fb is dealt with. I suggest no one do business with anyone who smiles at you, but really doesn't respect anything about you but MAYBE your$.

Fantastic experience: Great place to buy or sale real estate

Negative experience: Worst real estate very unprofessional. I would never do business with him again. He is in for the money and he doesn’t care about you. I’m telling you this because I had many people tell me not to buy from him and I thought would be fine. I just been looking for house for several months. The one I truly love and he doesn’t budge one bit. I could probably write more stuff regarding the sale but I am not going too. Please go to some one else besides him. You will find out the hard way and I would hate for you too do that because I had too.

Fantastic experience: In March of 2019, my wife and I were looking for a home with very little luck due to our credit situation. Therefore, we looked at many homes with no luck because as soon as the realtor working the model homes in Kansas area found out about our situation, they did not want to invest the time into us. However, while looking at some brand new homes in Center Point sub-division in Basehor, Kansas we ran into a realtor by the name of "Tamera Kemp", this women gave us her full attention and showed us many model homes. While working with us, Tamera knew about our whole situation and never gave up and worked endlessly to help us get into a dream home. From the time we meet Tamera in March 2019, we feel in love with a brand new home being built in Tonganoxie, Kansas. Tamera made our dream come true and helped us buy our first home and we were able to close the home in late May 2019. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to give Tamera Kemp a call with Dan Lynch Real Estate if they are looking for a home purchase.

Fantastic experience: We were recently in town to purchase a home. Over the course of a weekend we were able to view multiple neighborhoods and a number of homes that met our criteria. Upon our return home we were able to finalize the transaction. Dan Lynch and Lisa Miller were outstanding in making this possible long distance and with very little effort on our part. After closing we were disappointed to learn that there wasn't a cabinet in the laundry room as we had expected. Lisa and Lynch Realty, at their expense, provided us with a cabinet to solidify our complete satisfaction with this transaction. Many thanks to Lisa and Dan for helping us with this purchase.

Negative experience: Just discovered listing for house I purchased through Lynch realty lied about acreage, I own much less than I thought I was buying. Also had a water leak from house to road that required full replacement within first few months of moving in.

Fantastic experience: Lynch is the Man.

Fantastic experience: I bought my house 14 months ago. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted the see if i had the same opinion a year later than when i first bought the house. I believe reviews are important for the consumer and that providing a honest review adds to the collective good of the consumer. With that said Dan Lynch was simply oustanding, from when I first met him till the closing Dan was attentive of my needs as a buyer in every way. I would highly recommend Dan and he would be my first choice for realtor if I needed one in the future.

Fantastic experience: I've been buying and selling property for about 15 years. In that time I've worked with many realtors. Hands down Dan is the most effective, knowledgeable, and professional realtor I've used. I've worked with Dan and his team for about 10 years on multiple properties as a buyers and seller's agent. He knows the market well and is an invaluable guy to have on your side of the table, regardless of whether you are buying or selling.

Negative experience: If you are looking for an honest, ethical, timely, and professional agent, you might look elsewhere. Dan is a great actor and will make you think he is engaged by the dealings you will experience in your first interactions with him. However, after contract signing, our experiences quickly changed. The once eager, "we can do that" policy changed to one of "don't bother me with it", even being so bold by telling us not to send him photos of issues with our house. We have had good agents in the past and wanted to overlook some of the feedback we initially had received. However, neighbors in the new neighborhood where we were building all quickly chimed in with the same feedback, giving words of caution and stories of frustration. An agent's role is to be there for their customer and work for them. Dan didn't in ours and many others experiences we have heard about. We have since backed out and taken our deposit money back. We have decided as we start our search over, we will not list our home with Dan Lynch or consider any house where his name is involved.
