Negative experience: Terrible service was eviction as a person that is on lease without notice was listed as occupant and was moving and my stuff was junked

Negative experience: These people don’t help anything. They make excuse after excuse and when I said I’d contact my lawyer, the lady that works in the back with short brown hair questioned me up and down about it. Said she was mad I contacted a lawyer. It was wild. I’m not even a tenant with them. I was just trying to find a place through them.
Negative experience: The houses they list are usually junky, one place they listed had a hole in the floor, covered by nasty carpet and it stunk....yet they wanted 750.00 a month for that rental. Also, they are limited on the area they list, seems to be just Thomaston.
Fantastic experience: Ms Cassie was so helpful with helping me get a storage unit here while I was out of state. While they don't take debit cards... It was still an easy transition and she is just as nice as she can be.

Fantastic experience: Very professional real estate company. My wife and I dealt with Jan Knight who went above the call of duty to provide us with excellent service. We were buying land and had some pertinent questions about the land boundaries. She invited a surveyor in to her office to meet with us and he answered all our questions.

Negative experience: My 3 children and myself were evicted from our home that we rented through day realty. The reason was not for non payment of rent, I always pay my bills on time except the one time I was on life support in the ICU due to a terrible car accident that took the life of a very close friend of mine. I was never given a clear reason as to why the owner didn't want to renew our lease. Instead they put ally belongings on the curb in the rain. I pray for the these people
Fantastic experience: They are very nice, curtious , & Professional. They answered all our questions. Of core you have to know the right ones to ask. But they also have info we didn't ask for. Kim is the Lady we Mostly dealt with. She was Great. So, yes I would give 5 stars.

They say that they will help but don't make it a priority to to those that don't have a bunch of money..I still waiting for the help they promised to me.. Not one call or any efforts...
Fantastic experience: Got my pieces of land
Negative experience: I rented my first apartment from these people and I severely regret my decision to do so. Every one there was rude and the entire place smelled so bad. They never wanted to fix anything which is sad considering I had problems from the moment I signed the lease, literally. If I could take back my decision to rent with them a year ago, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Negative experience: I would not have given them any stars but of course Google would not let me leave a feed back with out one. I closed my storage unit at the end of October and they said they would check it out before sending me my deposit back. Well I hadn't heard anything so I went in to see why and the lady behind the desk tells me that it wasn't clean. I told her that I personally cleaned it out myself with a broom I brought with me. She says hold on and calls a guy and says oh it's a broken latch. I said how can the latch be broken? I'm only 5 ft tall and small woman. Like really!?! Shes like hes gonna give you a check for the deposit but we are going to change how we do our units and I said I will be taking pictures for now on. Left and cashed the check and went and took pictures. Well I can say this they lied and now o have proof. SAME LATCH ON DOOR!! Don't use them. They lie and dont care.
Negative experience: Doesn't deserve one star, google won't let u post unless u give at least one. Besides, the horrible customer service, this place smells of mildew, cig smoke, moth balls and Mr. Burns wrinkly skin from the Simpsons. They're slum lords they don't want to fix anything yet think you should not withhold the funds until the issue is fixed. We were in a bind so we moved forward, I regret that decision DONT DO IT.
Positive experience: No credit/debit cards... But very friendly, and reasonably priced.
