Experiencia fantástica: A top notch real estate firm! Is the best way I can describe this company. I made the selection after being referred by my long time realtor in Maryland. I was selling a formerly family occupied home, which had been converted to a rental property over the past 10 years. I live in Maryland and had tried unsuccessfully to sell the home previously and had a very bad experience with a former realtor. I met with Kelvin and April Reed in January 2024 for the first time and they walked in and out of the home and took pictures. Shortly thereafter they obtained several inspections to assess the condition of the home. After the inspections, I was provided a plan on selling the home in its current condition or with the recommended renovations and improvements. I was also provided with what I could expect at closing if either option was selected. I accepted the plan, which included the renovations and improvements and Kelvin agreed to supervise the work for a reasonable fee. I thought it would be necessary for me to travel to VA multiple times; however, I was provided detailed video updates, emails and text messages weekly or multiple times each week, so much so, there was no need for me to travel back and forth and check on the progress or get involved in the renovations. The renovations and improvements were immaculate and were so impressive that the home was listed for $8,000 more than what was thought to be the value of the home after the renovations. The house sold the first day on the market and the buyer offered $3,000 more than the sale price, with no home inspection required or closing costs for the buyer. I also did not have to come to the closing! I highly recommend that if you are selling your primary home or a rental property, that you select Your Homes Sold Guaranteed Realty-Reeds Real Estate. I have purchased and sold many homes (about 10 times) and I would rate them as one of my best experiences. You will not regret your decision!

I reached out to a company based on a referral in July 2023 and unfortunately there was barely any foot traffic and no offers. There were at least four or more homes for sale in my neighborhood. I was told that it wasn’t a seller’s market and the rates were too high and that was the reason why our house was not selling. I noticed only one house sold on my street but after that, no one was coming to view not only my house but my neighbors had the same issues. I realized it was now November and still no changes even after dropping the price. They assured things like buying our house if they didn't sell it and then proceed you outwork and over satisfy their promises. I cant say enough good about these professional people and they had our house sold in 1 day and then putting an office in to another two days later. Upon meeting the Reed Team, I was very hesitant in general about buying and selling a home at the same time, due to a past experience with another company. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Reeds Reality for the purchase of a new home while selling our current house. The Navy veterans at Reed’s (Kelvin, April, and Rob) really know how to work as a team and are the utmost professionals with great personalities. That goes a long way with me after being in the military for the last 18 years. They always made us feel like we are the #1 customer and always had our best interest. Here is how my process went: Once we decided to look into buying a new house and sell our home while the market had great interest rates, I did my research for a Realtor. After coming across ReedsRealty, I read their website thoroughly and knew these were the type of people I wanted on my side- so I put in my information requesting a call back. The next morning Kelvin gave me a call, was at my house doing a walkthrough, and gave me tips on what I needed to do to my house to sell it for the most money and in the quickest time, without breaking the bank. Later that day we were in a Zoom meeting and he was giving me training on how he uses a teamwork approach to run his business and went over what he will guarantee me as a seller and buyer. I then got pre approved with the local lender he directed to me, and we received an interest rate no other company could touch by a mile (under 2.4% for a 30 year mortgage). I immediately began working on my house to get it on the market and in the meanwhile he teamed me up with Robert Jackson to help us attend showings for the houses we were interested in.
