Experiencia negativa: Tiffany was a huge disappointment ...She couldn't find any properties like mine to get a proper estimate so she pulled a selling number out of midair..I disagreed with her and showed her why and then WE agreed on a number and went with that..the first offer was 12%under listing price and the buyer didn't want to bargain at all so I declined the offer..There was going to be a showing and Tiffany said i would have to show the property myself which I thought was ridiculous but I still agreed...I notified all the tenants just to be told that the buyer didn't like the time I had given them because 8am was to early ..so I declined it...she never even came to see the property...I guess she only cares about Naples ..thanks for nothing Tiffany..

Experiencia fantástica: When we did our research for a realtor to sell our Cape Coral home Tiffany definitely stood out. Not only did she have lots of experience in our market her listings were impactful, sharp and professional looking. Also she had recently closed a sale for a relatively similar home. Those attributes in addition to the solid reputation of Miloff Aubuchon Realty made her stand out. Once we met her in person it was clear she is a competent, straight talking realtor with lots of support and capabilities. Selecting her was a great move for us. Addressing our higher than typical price target was a painless hurdle. Her research showed our home should be listed nearly 25% lower than we wanted. While that was a significant difference to deal with she accepted our target price once we backed up our reasoning. That could have easily been a deal breaker. But we worked together quite well. And with some additional detail she felt prepared to go to bat for us. She cautioned that it take longer to find a buyer but she was up for the challenge. It all worked out very well. We even closed the sale in half the time she predicted it would take. Our listing got loads of views in the early stage. The numbers she shared looked favorable. But we only got one showing in the first month. Over time our numbers went down dramatically, which were most likely due to Covid. We discussed our options and decided to tweak our listing and lower the asking price a bit. Whether it was due to our mutual "brilliance" or less bad news with Covid our online views rebounded smartly. We began seeing similarly priced homes going under contract. Soon enough it was our turn to get some showings. Buyer feedback centered mostly on price as the only negative. We conceded to make another adjustment and Tiffany actually encouraged us to do a smaller price reduction than we had in mind. She was absolutely right because we quickly had a contract in hand. Tiffany supported us well in the back and forth prior to closing. We are happy to have worked with her and never once lost faith in her ability. We would encourage anyone thinking about selling a home in Cape Coral to meet with Tiffany. We bet you'll like her too.
