Got in contact with carol and she kept me up to date on rates and kept the home availability portfolio up to date. I never knew how stressful it would be to become a first time home buyer. Luckily Carol held my hand the whole process! I finally found a house that I had to have and can see myself living in it for a while. Every recommendation that Carol made came with some sort of surprise bonus. My favorite being a $1000 voucher from "Champion Inspections " for ADT use. With that deal I got $2500 worth of equipment for $ 1000 ( which I paid for with the voucher) and the same package that is used to secure the "White House" is securing mine for $65 a month. But besides being excited about buying my home and finally getting this process over with, I couldn't have asked to work with a more professional team. Everything about this group amazed me and the things I do love about a business (punctuality, professionalism and the ability to make one comfortable throughout a long process) exceeded my expectations to the point I hate the process is over.
