He first helped me find a tenant in early 2022, and thanks to his keen understanding of the rental market, he found a great tenant who stayed throughout the lease. When I decided to sell the property in late July 2024, Sage quickly found a 1031 investor interested in purchasing it. He acted as a dual agent and was transparent about the risks involved, as the sale of my property was contingent on the buyer's sale of their previous rental. Sage kept me informed at every step and ensured I was updated on the buyer's progress. We signed the purchase agreement in early September, and the deal closed successfully by the end of the month.
