Experiencia fantástica: Keith made the whole home buying process smooth! As first-time home buyers, he helped us through every step, but what really set him apart was his honesty. He was upfront about issues he was seeing and it didn’t feel like he was trying to make the houses seem better than reality. He also made sure that we were the ones talking about the house the most. He would describe the house and point out features but he was never telling us how we should feel. The final piece that was extraordinarily helpful was that he had GOOD contacts for most every services that we might need. I’m lucky that many of the quotes we had him get were for things that I, or my family, was very familiar with and I could cross reference pricing, but it wasn’t needed. All of the quotes came back at reasonable prices and a number of them were from people/companies other non-real estate agents recommended as well. At this point I’d recommend Keith to anyone looking to buy a home.
