Experiencia fantástica: Hiring Mr. Murrieta (Stefan West) to help us sell our condo was the best decision we made for our first time home selling experience. Stefan was very attentive, was always willing to explain even minor details, and always made us feel like we were a priority. The support and guidance he provided was invaluable; there is no question in our mind that Stefan would be our first call if we were to buy or sell in the area again.

Lived in Murrieta for decades, does his own open houses (that is how I met him), knows pricing, how the process works, walks you through it, keeps you informed, text messages, phone calls, returns your calls, promotes why people move to Murrieta, pro’s and con’s for living in the west, middle and east side of Murrieta. He coached us up on how to use our existing furniture, so we did not have to hire a professional stager, uses great photographers so your house looks great on the MLS, he has “been there done that hundreds of times” and it shows. Gave us feedback on how the showings was going. Walked us through what we should counter in the offer, pointed out 3 items / hurdles to reduce the amount of time buyer has to perform, so buyer has less chance of bouncing out of escrow or should a new property get listed. Told us who typically pays for what during a transaction including the amount of buyers commission. Finds out if buyer was investor or going to live in property. Investors could be more difficult and more likely to bounce out of escrow. This costs valuable time when you need that money to buy another home or move quickly. Has all the contacts with escrow, title, subcontractors, etcetera as you would expect with all his years of experience. Got a head of the high fire hazard zoning change which increases fire insurance for a house. Used his subcontractors to get a second opinion or bid on any repair work for free. In short, one would be making a mistake by not using Mr. Murrieta.

I heard about Stefan in 2012 through a few coworkers he had helped get into their homes. Stefan was our agent/broker and got my wife and I into our first home together in Murrieta. Experiencia fantástica: We closed escrow on our house December 1, 2020......We lived in Arizona at the time of our purchase, Stefan was AMAZING!! We travelled to California several times to look at properties that he and I had found. He drove around with us showing properties, always careful due to Covid-19 guidelines. During our initial meeting, we laid it all out there, about the stress and uncertainty of selling a home. Stephan made us feel comfortable and helped out in any manner he could. We got more than our asking price for our house and we accepted an offer after 35 days on the market; even during the least active time of the year for selling homes (Oct-Nov). Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give Stefan more than 5 stars, he is that good! He helped us buy our home when we were moving down with military orders. It was not an easy process, as we were out of state, but he worked so hard to make the transition smooth and easy. As we are moving again, he helped us sell our home and I cannot recommend him enough. Our home sold in 5 days!!! Stefan made beautiful fliers, marketed the home wonderfully and we had 15 offers to choose from, 13 of which were above our asking price. There are two other homes on our street for sale, they did not get the traffic or offers that we received. We were closed within 2 weeks! There was not one hiccup, it really could not have gone better. Stefan was even on vacation while we were in the closing process and he was calling and texting to make sure things were going as planned.
