Experiencia fantástica: We found William through a realtor that was ‘out of town’. William showed us a couple houses and we put in an offer. Our offer was accepted but the new build did not pass inspections- not built per code. Since the builder would not update -per code safety issues/hazards, we terminated the contract and requested return of earnest money. After waiting 15 days for builder to sign the release- per Texas law, we had to do a Demand for earnest money so title would release to us. William worked hard and kept a positive outlook through the whole process. I would highly recommend William to anyone purchasing in his area.
