She was professional, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. By the time the entire process was finished, we felt we had made a friend for life. She walked us through each stage of the selling process and answered all of our questions completely. We never felt any pressure and the process could not have been less stressful. She really takes care of her clients and gives them personalized service. I just got off the phone with her on a case I referred to her Friday (it's now Monday). She has already met with the client, toured the property, and prepared a market analysis. Client is thrilled. I have been in Kittitas County for 30+ years. My advice? Talk to people who have actually used Gina and read reviews of people that have actually hired her. Ignore "reviews" from unnamed people that she didn't even represent.

This is strictly my opinion and I hope yours goes better than mine, but i wish I could rate 0/5. Better off going to Century 21. They actually respect you and give you time of day.

I was tasked with listing my house while living completely out of the city, which could have been a logistical nightmare. Instead, Gina stepped in and completely organized and orchestrated the entire sale from start to finish. From day one, her knowledge of the market was obvious. When she viewed my home, she immediately recognized its true value and saw potential that the automated Zillow estimate had completely missed. She advised us on what we could do to make the home ready for sale, helped with getting a contractor, had the home cleaned and lightly staged. She took care of letting contractors in for work on inspection requirements, which was a great relief not to have to travel as much. Overall, we enjoyed working with Gina and were so happy with the entire process.

Part excellent Real Estate Professional, part therapist, part wonderful human! From the first contact Gina was amazing. I am a first-time home buyer moving from an older, less modern home outside of the city limits, moving to a newer home inside the city limits. Gina not only asked me what I wanted but she helped educate me about things I did not know I wanted. She was attentive, communicative, patient, honest, and intelligent. She was not afraid to express an opinion that a property was "over-priced", "underpriced", or to flat out tell me that "I could do better". She told me in the beginning that she would not let me buy a house that did not meet my needs because I was impressed with the price. Given the current market at the beginning of 2023 it was an interesting process to say the least. We actually submitted 2 offers on 2 different properties and she was impressive at balancing being aggressive without being pushy with sellers' agent. We lost one and got the next home- Thanks solely to Gina's negotiation and knowledge of area and the market. Gina communicated with the sellers' agent, the bank, the title company, and everyone involved to make things happen. When my bank, WSECU and Cameron Brookshire, was extra efficient and there was an opportunity to move the closing date up, Gina was not afraid to seize it and do the extra footwork/paperwork to close the deal 2 weeks earlier than previously scheduled. Her husband, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when viewing properties. He patiently explained aspects of systems that I may not be familiar with, like future maintenance and how things worked, that there are companies that I could hire if I needed help. Both of them were AMAZING. They always had a smile, a great attitude, and they laughed at my bad jokes! As Gina said "they are not other Relators" and they made me feel like I was their sole client and that my business was appreciated (even though I was on the lower end of the budget spectrum). They offered help to me at every step, including signing closing documents, home inspections, and a list of companies that they or clients have worked with previously. As we finished our business Gina offered the platitude to let them know if I needed any help. I honestly think that it was 100% genuine and if I called them 6 months from today they would offer me help. Wonderful people and a wonderful experience.

We do not live in the area, so she took care of determining what upgrades and repairs needed to be done prior to sale, and stopped by to check on the house every day. Although a couple potential buyers fell through, she immediately had someone else lined up. She kept in constant communication with us and made sure we knew exactly what the status was at all times.
