Experiencia negativa: If I could give a negative star I would! Absolutely the worst Real Estate Agent I have worked with! Michael Manaul Should not be selling homes. He has the worst communication skills of anyone I have ever met! My three year old Grand Daughter communicates better than he does. He will not return E-mails, Test Messages, Phone Calls and will not keep you updated on any changes on the purchase of your home. I am not sure if its because my home purchase is not a "million dollar home" or what. But I am telling you anyone reading this review, dont waste your time with this company!!

Experiencia negativa: I will never use Keller Williams realty ever again. My real estate associate from that company screwed me out of making any profit on the sale of my home. I was misled and lied to and told that in order for the sale to go through that I had to do exactly what the buyer wanted including doing $10,000.00 in upgrades and agreeing to increase the amount of contribution towards closing so that the buyer could upgrade to stainless steel appliances. Talk about being dirty and underhanded. What is so sad is that what I clear at closing will not even pay for all the upgrades.
