Experiencia negativa: I was under contract for this home listed as a multi family home on Walter ave, and couple days before closing I found out is not zoned for a multi family and on top of that it has an illegal apartment that the sellers realtor is advertising on the MLS as a two family home and both of them knew this which is the worst part. Angela lied her way through the process along with the seller just to close this home. If you plan on doing business with this realtor just be careful because neither the seller or the realtor had dignity to correct the MLS listing to address that this home is not a multifamily home and still put it back on the market to SCAM some else. Please do your due diligence before doing business with this realtor.
