Experiencia fantástica: Since 2021, Tracy Moran and her associates have assisted us in six transactions, serving as both buyer’s and seller’s agent across five different properties. These include two properties in Marston Hills, San Diego, one in West St. Louis County, one in the Red Bridge area of Kansas City, and one villa in Corinth Downs, Prairie Village, KS. It was this property where she represented us as the buyer’s agent and, five years later, as the seller’s agent. Tracy’s disarming enthusiasm and can do anything attitude made working with her a joy. She oversaw every aspect of each transaction. She cleared out homes being prepared for sale, coordinated repairs and landscaping to improve marketability, completely staged interiors and exteriors, prepared floorplans, handled the sale, donation, transport, and disposal of family possessions as directed, supervised property preparation before our moves, and managed the arrival and placement of furniture. Most importantly, she negotiated assertively as a buyer’s agent while ensuring timely, rational outcomes as a seller’s agent. She moves swiftly and with no nonsense. We were consistently impressed with Tracy and her associates. In every case, we essentially handed Tracy the keys and walked out the door, leaving some homes fully furnished, and she took care of everything else. For one property we purchased sight unseen, she arranged all repairs and had the home fully furnished before we arrived. Tracy handled two family home sales for us—both belonging to our parents, whom we had intended to care for in Kansas City during COVID. Our only regret is that now that we are back in San Diego—her original hometown—we are now separated by a great distance.

Experiencia fantástica: Heather was a huge help every step of the way and super responsive. We had an unusual situation being out-of-state during most of the selling process. Heather was there when we couldn't be to let contractors in and she even helped us find contractors for a couple repairs that the buyer wanted during closing. And she stayed on top of the buyer's lender when they dragged closing out for an extra few weeks. Would definitely recommend Heather if you are looking to buy or sell a house in KC.

Experiencia fantástica: A+ service 15/10 stars (a review by a first time home buyer that needed some guidance) Our friends referred Heather to us after she helped them buy their first house. And I would like to be the friend (that you didn’t know you had) who refers you to Heather and KC Local Homes. She was amazing and worked so hard to make our home a reality. The market was tough for us. Houses sold within a day. We put in 3 different solid offers and the 3rd one was accepted. We thought the hard part was over, but closing was really hard for us. The sellers kept changing things last minute or not fixing issues on their end or not communicating at all. But Heather was there to save the day. She had the best “bedside manner” when she would break bad news. She was always so positive and quick with solutions. He made this new and very intimidating process a lot easier to process from start to finish. From our first meeting (which happened by chance and thank god it did) to the day we closed. As first-time homebuyers there is a lot to learn and Shane did a fantastic job answering every question and explaining things we wouldn’t have known to ask. I can say without hesitation we would not be living in our new home, which we LOVE, if it wasn’t for Shanes’ persistence. Experiencia fantástica: Shane Tyler helped me found my new home in Overland Park. I think Shane knows about what strategy to use in what time. After we visited a house that we really liked, Shane told us that since we were on a really competitive market, we could use an "Escalation Clause" to ensure that we always pay $1000 more than the competitors. By using this clause, we avoided offering an extremely high offer in order to get the house. After we successfully got the house, our main concern was that the roof of the house was wood shingle, and it was already 17 years old. Shane negotiated with the seller and we ended up splitting the cost for a new roof, which saved us a few thousand dollars. In the whole purchasing process, Shane was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We were a first time buyer and he held us hands in the whole process. Super happy about our experience with him!
