Kyndal took care of everything, and I just approved the services. My house was on the market for 3 days, and we entered escrow on day 5. We even got an offer above asking, which is great! If the sellers knew how motivated we were, then they could really drive the price up. We developed our strategy via telephone on Sunday afternoon and she had the property under contract two days later at the price we wanted.
