We thought the process would be tedious and difficult, at first, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Our relator back in PA got us in touch with the Keller Williams team here in Southern Utah. We flew out and met with Ryan Lemmon to look at homes back in February. We learned quick it was a tough market for buyers out here like it is back in PA. We only had 2 days to look at as many homes as possible and Ryan dedicated those 2 days to us, due to our situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave amazing advice. A move like this can be scary, but he kept us at ease. Ryan knew very well all of the criteria of the home we were looking for. He had one home saved for us, outside of the ones we picked to look at.
