Experiencia fantástica: Where to even begin. We reached out to Zac in March or April to ask some questions about being first time sellers and what to expect. Zac and Stephanie helped arrange getting a designer and photographer to get things going. Before we knew it, we had the house on the market and had several showings in the first 48 hours and accepted an offer above our listing price. We also used this excellent team with purchasing a new build home. Having a realty team (this team) negotiate and communicate with the builders is very highly recommended. We had several concerns and issues along the build process. Zac and Stephanie both did an amazing job handling all of it. I couldn't even guess the amount of times I contacted them with questions or concerns. Each time I was left feeling better after talking with them. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone even thinking about buying or selling.
