Heather has been punctual, professional, flexible and extremely detail oriented throughout our home search process. During our time together, we ran into a difficult seller who was performing a limited service agreement. We decided to move forward with putting an offer on the house and were met with additional demands from the seller and constant obstacles we needed to navigate. Unfortunately, the situation escalated into a legal matter and the seller continued to become uglier in communication and directed threats both at us and Heather. Throughout the entire process, Heather remained level headed, exemplified an unparalleled level of professionalism and constantly remained 3 steps ahead of every process & was intimately familiar with every detail of the situation (even in the face of slanderous comments and threats from this seller). She is professional, easy to work with and I get excited when I see her name on my phone. If your thinking about selling your own property think again. The paperwork, calls and e mails are aggravating and you will be attacked by local brokers. We got a few hundred thousand more than we would have got selling them on our own so the commission was a non event.
