He will represent you and your interests to the best our his ability. Our story My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Nate Olsen in December of 2024. We were first time home buyers who successfully purchased our first home with his assistance. To be candid, my perception of realtors was less than ideal. I felt that they occupy the role of a middle man between the buyer and seller while collecting a fee for minimal work when compared to the lending team and title company. However, Nate Olsen challenged this perception and went above and beyond. We ended up working with him purely by chance as he was listing a house that we were interested in touring and he was able to teach us a ton about the home buying process. My wife and I initially signed a one week buyers agency with him and figured we could amicably part ways if it wasn’t the right fit. We had really been hoping to purchase a home for sale by owner and negotiate the price down since a realtor wouldn’t be involved. Truthfully, I’m glad that didn’t happen. The first house we put an offer in didn’t go through so we toured about 7 other houses with Nate. After an initial discussion about buying metrics: price, age, location, resale value, and features. It felt like we were in the driver seat with the homebuying process. We sent him houses we wanted to tour and he offered a couple of additional recommendations. The homes we toured fit the previously discussed metrics. Nate didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He objectively explained the pros and cons with each property. With Nate, My wife and I know that he genuinely cared about the outcome. He wasn’t looking to make a quick sale and wanted to see us happy with our our first home. He did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf and walked us through each step of the process. There weren’t any surprises and we have been beyond happy with our purchase. Despite my reservations with realtors I can wholeheartedly endorser Nate Olsen. This is the guy you want.
