After failing to close a deal with another KY realtor, I asked Devin Todd Azbill (whom I met at a Sunday Open House) to show me a downtown property. After listening carefully and learning what's important to me, she knew the downtown home wasn't right for me. And she was absolutely correct. Instead, Devin convinced a listing agent to change the status of an MLS listing from "coming soon" to "active" so I could look inside a home that, as it turns out, is perfect for me!
