Experiencia fantástica: We were extremely nervous as first-time homebuyers and we were just learning as we went. We originally looked at a house that was listed by another agency, but we read that it's best to find a buying agent from another agency. We looked at reviews and found that Keller-Williams would be who we chose to find a buying agent. We called and by fate, Kodey answered and agreed to be our buying agent. Apparently, the house we looked at the first time was already under contract. Kodey explained everything to us and offered to help us look for homes in the area. We declined as we were pretty discouraged after not getting the first house. Fortunately, God closes doors and windows and opens them when it's the right time. We looked at the listings about a week later and found a home we liked even more than the first one. The house had been listed earlier that day and was being sold by the Keller-Williams group. We reached out to Kodey and were able to get a viewing within a couple of days. We had already liked the house from the listing pictures alone, but once we got there we fell in love with the home! We knew we had to have it and put in an offer before we even left the driveway. Kodey helped us navigate through the unknown as first-time buyers and made us laugh while doing it. He was with us every step of the way and answered any questions we had and addressed any concerns that we had, no matter the time of day. He communicated with us almost everyday even if it was just to update us. We were very lucky to have him as our realtor and we are now happy in our new home thanks to him!
