I scrambled to get a mortgage pre-approval and requested a showing on Zillow. Courtney was the agent who arrived to show the property. She was professional but down to earth. I got an immediate calming vibe and knew she would help! She understood that my time to move was very quickly approaching. She showed me over 20 homes and placed multiple offers. Even when I was outbid she stayed positive and didn't discourage me. After a month I asked her to help me look in an area outside my preference because time was running out. Experiencia negativa: When purchasing a home from James that he flipped himself, he did try to fix an issue during the sale due to massive water seeping into the foundation so he re did the blacktop to line up with the home’s foundation( which should have been done) and was not disclosed , not only that the basement needs complete foundation work over $25,000 and he put in the contract small water near a step only when it rains.the air quality of the home is hitting near dangerous levels due to mold and dampness that he tried to cover up with waterproof paint. He made the basement look immaculate at sale, but seen as time went on what a lemon he sold us. but just make sure if buying a home from him especially one that he has flipped get an inspection check the basement and outside perimeter. ,houses can always look beautiful on the outside but I guess that’s a beauty of a flip. Buyers remorse. No wonder why the house was sitting at 300,000 and here comes our family blinded by the interior work and have a big huge foundation issue and everything was done at bare minimal. Tried selling the house and of course it is sitting as well . House has no garage this might be our headache for a long time.
