First of all poor Albert my husband and I are SO picky he must have shown us 100 homes before we said yes lol but he never complained he always showed up and accommodated to our hours to view homes since we have little ones and we like to stay on a tight schedule . Albert always kept it 100% with us. No sugar coating always facts. He never made us feel like he was just in this for commission he treated us as if he was guiding his own best friends to the perfect home. Once we did say yes to a home I had concerns about stuff the inspector didn’t get to inspect. Albert took it upon himself to climb up into the area I had concerns about to clear my concerns. Took it upon himself to help me find a roofer an AC tech, and many more things. And not only that but he is very knowledgeable. Experiencia positiva: Albert was extremely helpful and quick to respond. He was able to put together a list of houses for us to view based on our needs. He knows the area very well. We did run into issues at the end of sale. It became difficult to reach Albert. Normally your agent will hand off the keys, give you a thank you, etc...we actually had to contact the seller ourselves to get the keys to the house. We never received a call to make sure everything was good. No thank you after the sale, nothing. We had even told him we were interested in buying other properties and potentially having him manage this property as a rental. It felt like he had got his money and ran. Very different than service we have received by agents in other areas.

Experiencia fantástica: First and foremost, I want to say thank you albert for being extremely flexible and helpful! I was a first-time home buyer moving to Kingsville and up until the point I met with albert I had met with and spoken to a few other realtors. None were as easy to work with and informational as albert was. He was never overbearing or pushy with trying to get you to commit to a house, he gave you the information both pro's and con's and allowed you to make the choice. With me being out of town for training and not always being available for a lot of the milestones in the process albert always made it a point to call me to fill me in with extreme detail on where in the process we were. The level transparency and patience he showed was matched with his dedication to get what was best for me and my family. Compared to the horror stories you hear from first time home buyers about the process what I got from albert was nothing close to that and I will without a doubt be recommending him to other servicemembers moving to the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Prior to working with Mr. Garcia, I was utilizing a realtor from out of town (don’t do that). This created issues with the available time and attention my property would receive which resulted in my home being listed for way longer than I wanted it to be. Mr. Garcia contacted me shortly after the contract with the previous realtor expired (this showed me initiative and a willingness to hustle) to discuss utilizing his services and how he was confident that he could sell my home. I kicked it around for a couple of weeks, debating on whether or not to try to sell again (which I wasn’t eager to do) or to put it up for rent (which I also was not eager to do). Finally i decided to give Mr. Garcia a shot, being that he was local, had shown initiative by seeking me out, as he explained, he’s got over 20 years experience in the area and with a well established realty company. He explained what he could do for me to increase my chances of selling within our agreed upon timeframe which was four months (i didn’t want my hands tied for another six months as i did with previous realtor and felt four months was plenty of time if the realtor was doing his job and motivated to work). Mr. Garcia hired a professional photographer (including drone footage and virtual tour) which played a crucial role (along with Mr. Garcia’s network and experience) in the home going under contract within two days of listing it!! A couple things I’d suggest: 1.) read all fine print regarding the closing cost and what all the fees are and how is paying them- i ended up having to choose between prolonging the sale or paying about $1,300 for title fees i was not notified of or expect to have to pay, therefore i ate the loss to avoid pushing back the closing date. 2.) If possible see if you can get your own appraiser (not sure if you have a choice but it’s worth asking) because the guy that appraised my home, appraised it at $8K less than what i was selling it for (The comps showed the asking price was well within what others had sold for. If i could recall the appraisal company, I’d mention it so you could try to avoid them) which i wasn’t happy about and let Mr. Garcia that he could relay a message from me to the appraiser that they were welcome to eat a giant bowl of ____’s for undercutting me. I digress, there was a couple times where i would’ve liked to have received better communication and updates (especially because of my tight schedule and so i could coordinate time off way in advance with work) but overall, being that my house was on contract within days of it being listed and we closed on the projected closing date (would’ve been sooner had it not been for holidays), i would recommend hiring Mr. Albert Garcia’s services to get your home sold as soon as possible.

Experiencia negativa: Albert was OK at first. Had a virtual walk through planned and when the time came he said he was just leaving and it'd be 45 minutes. I shrugged that off because maybe he was SO busy he couldn't let me know ahead of time? Had me put in an informal offer and then let me know he was not a dual realtor and his loyalties were with the seller. I got my own realtor and he called me and left a message, "I'm not accusing you, but did you put water in the pool or have someone do it for you?" I live 1500 miles away from that house and he was aware of that. Yes, I still have the voicemail, texts and emails. Edit: In response to Albert's response. We started communication (many texts a day, a live virtual walk through, etc) on November 1st and he informed me about the non dual agency on November 8th, after I gave him the informal offer he requested. That is not prompt. That is also quite shady. No, I didn't have my offer accepted. Oh well. This review and the review about my then realtor is honest and deserved. I am merely sharing my experience with these 2 realtors. I've worked with multiple realtors this year and none of them received a 1 star review so that should tell you something. It was a horrible experience all around, but I've moved on. I wish Albert well.
