Experiencia fantástica: Love Peter and his team. This group knows the Wake Forest market better than anyone. My wife and I fell in love with a home and needed to sell our home quickly. Peter and his team (especially Keri) jumped into action and met with us the day we called, discussed the market and had us live with an open house scheduled within 6 days. This group commits to keeping you involved and current every step of the way. We would get feedback almost immediately following any showings or open houses. With the house on the market a total of 9 days, we sold the house twice for what we wanted. Selling a home is never easy, but they set our expectations early and brought tremendous value along the way. Hopefully, we wont need there services anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely use again.
