Experiencia negativa: BUYER BEWARE Leaving this review from the perspective as a buyer. Tamara had a listing that checked every box of want and need for my family. The house had multiple offers and I was really thrown by the questions from Tamara to our agent, validating that we were going to remodel the house and not pick on the house after inspection. My first instinct is "that's none of your business" but I played along to try to solve family issues. It was obvious that the home needed work, which did not bother us provided it was reasonable amount of work. Inspection revealed it needed a LOT of work. And features that were part of the listing simply did not work at inspection. Any happiness we felt was destroyed by the constant battles that were fueled by the pressure and GREED. Throughout the entire process we got regular reminders that "you know this house had multiple other offers and we picked yours". After inspection we heard that there were people still asking to see the house. This applied unnecessary pressure and we felt like it was a constant gun to our heads. Take it as is or the sellers will move on. We just couldn't accept the ridiculous roadblocks and having a gun to our heads anymore, so we cancelled the contract. This way Tamara has the ability to continue to show the house that she was so eager to do throughout our attempt to purchase this house. Getting our earnest money was a lengthy effort and exceeded what was agreed to in the offer document. Tamara and team lie by removing prior listing and contingency history from the various MLS tools so the next sucker doesn't ask questions. Key things that were broken through our home inspection are still listed as features to the house. Its doubtful that they've been repaired. Moreover, throughout all of this, the interaction with Tamara destroyed our 25 year working relationship with our realtor. There's no coming back from the mind games that she inflicted. My family will go out of our way to never EVER look at a home she has listed EVER again. She cost us $1500 in home inspection fees and legal fees. I hope karma serves her well.

I will keep it brief in that after MUCH back and forth amongst our attorneys and the complete unprofessionalism (not to mention lack of communication) from Tamara herself, she put our family through a whirlwind of breaching our contract and acting in bad faith under the state of Illinois. Not to mention, the lack of communication and empathy during us moving along in the buying process, to have her act in bad faith with her sellers 2 days before Christmas. In the end, we feel that we dodged a bullet on this home, but after fighting to receive our earnest money (which her and her team DEPOSITED even after terminating the contract) and other money spent during this expensive process, it only felt right to warn others regarding our experience to prevent such other stress. After speaking with multiple realtors in and out of state, they were all shocked with Tamara's bad practices. BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!

Then I met THE TEAM. I worked closely with Jen Sinha. She sent me homes almost every day. Jen took me to see a ton of properties and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
