IF it wasn't them the whole time, then they just bought my phone number from someone who has my phone number assigned to a house on Packwood Ave in Seminole Heights, Tampa. I've finally found what company it is, they've been pretty secretive and elusive about the company theyre from. I've spoken directly with multiple sales agents and via text msg and by phone, requested my information be removed from their sales contact list. Next "review" is going to be to the BBB.

Adam has a very detailed knowledge of the business, several connections when it comes to inspection, insurance, and more.
