Eventually scheduled a showing for the property, and she never showed up after I waited for 15 minutes. Good luck with her Response: 1)Contacted before the property was even listed online 2)I was/am pre-approved, you just never asked 3)Not a “home journey”, this was a commercial property…you didn’t even take the time to look up what property I was interested in before responding to my review. I hope this helps anyone looking for information before working with this agency

A significant concern throughout the process was the lack of professional communication. Follow-up on critical items was essentially non-existent, frequently requiring us to initiate contact repeatedly to move essential steps forward. ​Furthermore, several key commitments and promised actions were not fulfilled, which introduced unnecessary complications and delays. The clarity and professionalism of written communication, particularly text messages, were often difficult to interpret, suggesting a rushed approach. ​The overall impression we received was that of a realtor moving too fast and lacking dedicated focus on our specific needs as clients. ​We advise prospective clients to consider alternative representation to ensure a smoother, more attentive, and professionally executed real estate transaction.

We needed it to go quickly as my husband’s health was rapidly declining.
