Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Monique Randall and, in short, she was awesome! Monique had a difficult task as we are from Sun City Arizona and unfamiliar with the real estate market in New Mexico, which made each step more difficult, than a local move. She was able to quickly determine what we were looking for and, more importantly, steer us away from bad prospects (we checked and she was absolutely correct). Monique always answered any questions we had or any help that we needed. She also put us in contact with Linda Ingram from City Bank as a local lender made the process even smoother (Linda was awesome as well, keeping us ahead of the transaction at every turn). They worked in concert, moving the closing date up two times in the most difficult time of the year and were able to get us into out new home before Christmas - no easy task! Monique even followed up several times after closing to make sure sure we were settling in ok - this was very appreciated as we have been in the Arizona desert for over 30 years and Ruidoso was completely new to us. In addition to Monique's constant contact, her negotiation skills were superb! We were looking for a completely fair transaction with the seller, and Monique guided us in every aspect of what was fair and what to decline and renegotiate, she guarded our interests as if they were her own - that is impossible to find these days!

Experiencia fantástica: I am really remiss on writing a review about Jeff and his team. We spoke with other realtors in Ruidoso when we decided to sell our vacation home of 25 years. Jeff was far and away the best we spoke with. He was organized with facts and figures, interested in us getting maximum value, and very personable. We can say the same for everyone else in his office as well. Bottom line is our house sold in less than two weeks after going on the market, for more than we were originally asking for. Jeff handled every issue that came up during the sales process, quickly, and professionally. We live in Maryland, so we had to put our trust in someone 1,800 miles away. Jeff West was that person, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. On a scale of five stars, we would give Jeff and his team a six!!

Experiencia fantástica: We were first introduced to Jeffery about 4 years ago. We happened to be in town for the weekend and were wanting to view a property. I had read reviews of realtors and looked at the "recent sales" stats that he and everyone else had and we decided that he was going to be our go to guy. We met at the property which was a foreclosure and he was quick to tell me that they weren't his specialty, but he was confident that he could help us swing a deal on it. The property was a wreck and he was honest in his assessment of it. We were dead set on it and made a couple unsuccessful offers and the property sold to someone else. It wasn't because of lack of effort on his part though. In fact, it was a blessing. We viewed a couple different properties over the years, one even involving a contentious "would-be" heir, a locked gate and an impassable road. Jeffery was always there to make time for us and see to it that we were able to see whatever we wanted, even on short notice. We had an impulse weekend trip to Ruidoso and another property caught our eye. I called him and he happened to be returning from vacation, driving back in to Ruidoso from a neighboring state and he agreed to meet us the following morning. The long and the short of it is, this was a success!! Jeffery is a class act guy, a professional, and is as real as real can get. He will not try to convince you to purchase a property, he lets you evaluate and remain neutral. If there are glaring concerns, like a river rolling down the hill through the front wall of the house and into the basement, he will try to diplomatically get you to reconsider. Yes, that happened to us. I can't recommend Jeffery and his team enough!!!!!! He, Monique and the lending agent, Linda, were exceptional. We had some hurdles in our purchase and they were able to figure out how to make everything work out. Future Real Estate should be your first contact in your property search in Ruidoso and the surrounding area!!!

Experiencia negativa: I am in the market for a second vacation rental in Ruidoso. I contacted Jeff a few months ago via text, Jeff informed me that he was on a Conference call and would call me at 4. I am a busy person and cleared my 4 o’clock hour. Jeff never called. I wasn’t happy but didn’t give it much thought, a couple weeks ago I contacted Jeff again and said I was still in the market and that he hadn’t called for our 4 o’clock phone meeting. He said he dropped the ball and would reach out to me that afternoon after he was done with his meeting. I never heard from Jeff. Someone from his team called and was very friendly, asked me several questions, including my method of payment for a property, how many properties I own and where I was from.. I think she even asked waht my profession was.. but I’m not certain. I inquired about a specific property that I thought would make a good nightly rental.. a fully furnished home that should sleep 10. I asked about what the rep thought of the house and she continued with her “interview.” I wrapped up the call with a request that her “boss” please survey the market and let me know what he thought to be the best deal for me in Ruidoso and to let me know what he thought about the specific listing I called about. I let her know I was ready to buy immediately. I haven’t heard back from Jeff.
