Experiencia fantástica: Amanda and Dan got us into our first home together, and did a terrific job at educating us about the entire process and making the transaction smooth and easy to understand. After a great 7 year run, Amanda helped us to sell our house so that we could relocate out of state. This was a tougher transaction where we had a buyer under contract who unexpectedly backed out. Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time buying a home in 38 years. We had just sold a home in Massachusetts and were looking for a new home in Rhode Island. Dan and Amanda were exceedingly informative, patient and knowledgeable. Their flexibility was incredible as we sometimes would see something come on the market and want to come down from MA the same day to see it. We would also sometimes have a list of 10 places that we wanted to see over the weekend, and they would be able to schedule most of them. If I wanted to see a house, they got to work on getting me in to see it immediately. I never felt like I had missed out on seeing a house, and in the market I bought in, that is saying something!! Not to mention, as a first time home buyer I had a million questions, and not once did they ever talk down to me or make me feel like I was asking a dumb question. They make all of their clients feel like they are the number one priority and that is a great feeling when working so closely with someone. I would recommend Danny and Amanda to anyone and everyone! They are professional and kind, and will make sure you find your dream home no matter what it takes!

When I was ready to sell that home in the spring I had no doubts about going right back to them to help me in the process. They answered all our questions and were always available for everything and anything we needed. Amanda even cleaned our floors after holding an open house on a rainy day! My house sold in a matter of days and for a price we never thought was possible. The personal touches you get while working with them are unforgettable. They even managed to send a surprise to our hotel while on our honeymoon!
