The experience of buying a house was not but that was only due to the houses available the high prices and rates. I told Wes what I was looking for and it was hard to find it took us about 8 months. Experiencia negativa: House was completely refinished. Before settlement, power company said a passing inspection would be needed before switching power to my name. Realtor reassured me that power company was incompetent and to keep trying. After I move in, I discovered that the house was completely reworked with NO PERMITS. I called my realtor and he gave me the seller's contact information and wished me good luck. It took 1.5 months to get power/heat. I settled in February, so 3 days/week it reached low 30s.
