Experiencia fantástica: During the showing of our apartment, there was an issue with the dining room light not coming on... My partner assumed it was a light bulb, but Owen would not let this issue go unattended.. He figured it out and we moved in today. This applied my confidence that he stood behind his properties and the work that was done before we moved in.... He lets you know that he is laid back, but he holds firm to his standards of tenants. "First impression of him is he is fair and understanding, but his only request is abide by his standards as a tenant"... Thank you Owen!

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved back to Missouri from Florida after some financial problems which made my history not so great anymore. I kept getting told no by many other companies around Columbia. I was about to give up until a wonderful girl told me about Owen. I decided to give it a shot with no high hopes. I was able to meet him in person the next day after messaging him. I told him my situation and that I was a single momma starting from the bottom (literally) and that I needed my own place because I was living with my mom. He was super understanding and so nice! He was able to get me in a brand new 4bedroom 2bath town home. After saying all of this Owen is an awesome, down to earth, understanding guy! He isn’t in it just for the money or business! He truly wants to help people! I’m so thankful that I found him and I got the place that I truly needed! Also, the other awesome reviews really speak volumes! Be careful dealing with this company with fake work orders and the real reason is because they lied about a 15 year old girl murdered in our townhouse. They tried to add a fraudulent collection to my name but once we got the judge, FTC, CFPB AND THE BBB plus my lawyer yu can see ITS BEEN REMOVED now it's my turn so here comes the lawsuit

Owen is just a laid back, makes you feel like family with just a smile. A guy who gives everyone a chance, with my credit & etc he accepted me & found me a home! My daughter is so excited about her new space, thanks again Owen!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved in January 1St 2024!!!' Owen what is extremely pleasant I had my first maintenance issue and they were quick and speedy. The bad weather made the pipes freeze and within 10 minutes he got it fixed and also fix my garage door all the same time. Give me about a whole 15 minutes and I just put in the mood for yesterday. So you won't have to worry about it taking forever for your stuff to get fixed because PPM is on top of it!!!!! 10 out of 10 will recommend to all my friends looking for a place

He got me into a place in less than 48 hours we had everything done. Application, lease signing, deposit paid, walk through done and keys given. He allowed me to move in over a week early because of the condition the place I’m at now is in and I can’t even tell you how grateful I am for Owen. Experiencia fantástica: After renting from various other landlords that were slow to fix anything and didn't communicate well, this entire process of moving in here has been a joy. We were approved, told our move in day, communication was kept very open, all questions answered and generally has been a very pleasing experience. Then after move in I noticed small little things that needed fixed as I unpacked and saw this or that. I made a little list mostly to keep notes for deposit reasons and some things that did need attention. Let me just say, they were SO FAST at coming to fix things up and they fixed everything, even the small stuff. The maintenance guy was so polite and professional too. So shout out to Owen and PPM. I am so glad we decided to move in here and cannot wait to fully settle in now and make it a home. We will be recommending them to everyone for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: There was an issue with bedbugs from my previous neighbors that was handled immediately, all my maintenance calls are handled promptly upon receipt, I've had a flood, gunshot holes in the walls, all attended to immediately...idk what that other person's experience was...maybe they didn't call it in ‍♀️ I've not had any problems with management...neighbors/ neighborhood maybe but management never.

Owen didn’t want to show me the apartment we are living at first because it needed some work, but he went ahead and showed us anyway and was super open and honest about everything. The man gets things done. Where we would park our cars was kind of a mess with mud, and that was a big concern of mine, the day we signed our lease there was a dump truck in our lot with gravel. Owen and his team go above and beyond to make things as easy and painless for you. This has been such an easy process and Owen was super on communication with the progress of our apartment.

It did not take long for Owen and his team to clean the place up! I am very happy with my decision to move here! I absolutely love my place also! My mother's health was declining and needed my help to take care of her, Owen made sure she could move in right next door to me once there was an opening. What landlord do you know that would do that? None! I am more than pleased with my experience with Owen and the whole PPM team!
