Experiencia negativa: It’s true you get what you pay for. Chandler is nice but not very responsive. Takes all day to reply to a text. Sends me an offer she got this morning only after I say I’m going with another agent. I sign the offer she sent and then she gets mad at me because she wanted changes to it! Not professional! Always complains about how busy she is. Would not recommend! Update: Now Chandler won’t send me a termination letter so we can both move on. I have offers with my new realtor but I’m being held hostage by Chandler. And yes I have receipts! See below.

Chandler failed to disclose a faulty septic system that was disclosed to her by a plumbing company that answered a service call to her property two days prior to the sale. later we went to court and the court ruled in my favor, a judgement was filed against Chandler and James Shipley in Houston County Magistrate Court.

In all my experience, I’ve never worked with a realtor who even comes close to providing the service and excellence that Shawn has provided. She literally works circles around any other “full commission” realtor I’ve ever used. In fact, i can honestly say that i would expect to pay HIGHER commission than a typical realtor for the level of service she provides. She treats us with incredible respect and courtesy and is an EXCELLENT communicator. We don’t have to ask her for anything because she has already thought of everything before we have, and always communicates info to us immediately. Shawn handles so many things for us that other realtors usually put off on us to do as buyers or sellers. She is the greatest asset we have had in this process. We like Shawn so much that we will never buy OR sell another home without her!!
