We are certainly not experts using our phones to download documents, sign them and send them back. Tiffany (and her Agency partner Christy) are a great team that were able to seamlessly work together to show us several properties, patiently explain unique elements (like septic system title transfers and inspections, water wells, and all those unique elements of rural mountain properties) while ensuring the process moved smoothly even when responsiveness from the Seller's agent wasn't quite up to speed....and all with a sense of humor!
