They did not disclose specific comps in the area, that drastically affect the price of property I was interested in. Asked to terminate buyer’s agreement, and they vehemently refused. Take your business elsewhere.

Regarding this specific situation, our agency agreement was limited to a single property address. We provided consistent market data and property value updates throughout our two-month professional relationship. While we understand the frustration of losing a property to another buyer in a competitive market, we must adhere to the legal terms of our contracts.
Please note that these same concerns were previously filed with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). After a thorough review of the facts and documentation, the DSPS dismissed the claim, finding no violation of professional standards or licensing law. We remain committed to providing honest, data-driven, proactive experiences, and services to all of our clients.

Our first experience with the Raasch Team at Woodland Lakes Realtors was a dozen years ago, when my wife and I, not knowing anything about the market realities of water frontage Real Estate in Oneida County, brought them our dreams and hopes and they did the rest. Our most recent transaction was nearly the opposite. It was an even more convoluted sale because we had multiple selling partners in a family trust LLP where each had different goals, objectives, and desires. The amazing result was six people signing papers around a conference table and all were happy! It closed in a few weeks with all conditions exceeding expectations. Experiencia fantástica: Always there when I need her. . Chris has always been my go to when I need something. It all started when I bought a house and they took it apon themselves to pay for carpet cleaning when they left it looking horrible. Since then I’ve sold 2 houses with her and purchased an apartment building. I plan on expanding, long story short is a little effort that wasn’t expected goes a long way. Experiencia fantástica: An excellent experience, start to finish. We really found Chris by happenstance, after I reached out to find a Realtor on Zillow. That turned out to be some great luck for us! Chris jumped into action immediately and LISTENED to what I wanted and was honest from the beginning. "OK, what you want and what we have available right now isn't the same, but I want you to see what's out there." She immediately showed the pros and cons of each location, based on what I was looking for. At the end of the day, a house I DID want came open. She coached me through it. We didn't get it, which led me to mourn for about a week or so. Chris called me a couple weeks later. She had a lead on another house that was about to go on the market and asked how quickly I could get to Tomahawk. She knew it would be a property that would go fast. And we got the lake house! Could not have done it without Chris, who has been wonderful throughout. This isn't just a business transaction. Chris kept in touch throughout the process and afterward, making us feel like we are truly part of the community. If you want a Realtor who KNOWS the people of Tomahawk and knows the properties, don't waste time. Call Chris.

Chris (and Ed) went well beyond what is typically expected of a realtor. Our particular situation was a little out of the ordinary; the home we were selling is in Tomahawk, my brother is in OH and I am in NC. Checking on the place, helping to coordinate snow plowing, helping us find people to help clean out the place are just a few of the things they did for us. What a HUGE help they were in getting things done and ready for the place to sell. They made us feel so comfortable knowing the place was in such good hands.
