Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough fantastic things about Brittany Felde. I've done 4 or 5 deals with and thru her agency and have nothing but total respect for Brittany. Hard working, professional to the core, and hands down the best real estate agent I've ever worked with as a buyer or seller. Excellent communication, explained everything along the way and keeps in steady contact with you the whole way. With me its about one thing--trust. Can I trust this person with my largest financial investment is what I ask myself. And folks, you can mark my word that this lady is trustworthy to the core. You will not believe how fast this lady gets answers for her clients as well. Whether its crunching numbers or bringing you a solid offer on your property, Brittany amazes me. Highly recommend!!! BTW people, this lady had done some SUPER AMAZING things for our community here in Morley as well ! I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. Best agent EVER !

Experiencia fantástica: Just the best. Brittany’s name is the first thing that comes out of my mouth when anyone is talking about buying or selling a property. She really listens, doesn’t make you feel like you are asking too much or being too picky she just rolls with all the punches. I swear shes always right there when you need her no matter what, I was never waiting for a text or a call she was just so on top of everything. If she didn’t already know the answer to something she could find it. I don’t know how she does it but if you are looking for an actual feel good, this is right outcome this is who you need to choose.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I can't give a good review here. My experience with Brittany was terrible. Slow to no communication, in some cases taking her transaction coordinator three/four days to get back to me. The property purchased had incorrect zoning information and so there were undisclosed wetlands. And the title agency decided to change their policy last minute and only accept two forms of payment, differing from what they had told me three weeks prior. I was told reviewing my experience was "inappropriate" because she was just the agent, instead of taking responsibility for her listing. And then I was told that asking questions to try to get to a payment resolution in my favor, rather than the only in favor of the seller and the agent, meant that I was "combative." She was sarcastic and less than helpful only looking out for herself and the seller. I do not recommend hiring her.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend Brittany Felde to anyone. I had a terrible experience with her as my buyer's real state agent (had to clarify because I would never have had her as my own knowing her reputation). She was constantly posting on Facebook but couldn’t seem to respond to my messages or get anything done. What should have been a simple transaction ended up taking months instead of weeks. Her lack of communication and overall incompetence made the whole process much more difficult than it needed to be. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually knows what they’re doing

Experiencia negativa: I don't honestly know a thing about this business...but the realtor Brittney Felde is a prime example that ableism is still strong thriving in our world. Leaving Greenville Meijer the other night while parked in a handicap space, I came out to her and her three children getting ready to go into the store. Only prob is she was parked on the yellow lines that are loading zones for the handicap spaces and clearly not a parking space. She claimed she couldn't see it, even tho the picture I took clearly shows lines. She then said that she really didn't want to have to load her kids back up and move her vehicle. And then had the audacity to say she didn't have a problem getting her kids or herself out of there vehicle, why should I have a problem getting in mine!? Even tho I shouldn't have to explain, a foot and a half isnt enough room for a back surgery patient to climb in and out of there vehicle, AND she was parked illegally. So she passive aggressively whines to her kids that they all have to get back in the car and move .. way to role model! And thanks for making me feel like crap about being disabled!

She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with the lengthy process of buying my home. She spend hours upon hours looking at houses and working up an offer for me to turn around and back out of that offer. She then wrote a second offer and it worked out to benefit me. She was clear and concise in decisions that would not benefit me and always followed up if I was unsure. She’s the apple on the tree. Pick her!

She is so nice, energetic, full of energy, works crazy long hours all while maintaining her family life with the cutest kiddos! If you’re looking for someone determined, hardworking, HONEST (even when we thought we’d want a property she’d tell us the good and bad and still show us, sometimes knowing what we really wanted and needed in more detail than we did) and on top of her A game. Brittany is the agent to go to. Wither her being a realtor and a broker she eliminates steps for her clients, has mortgage companies and title companies she works with that are just as great and efficient. She never disappointed us in any aspect of the processes of buying and selling properties and homes. Now she has Felde Funhouses in which we can’t wait to use for a bday for one of our kiddos!
