Experiencia fantástica: I told Steve I needed an at least 4 bedroom house, preferably with an extra room that could be a bedroom. We have 6 kids. So Steve says, "I got this nice 3 bedroom with a big basement." Que the look to my husband.... . Hubs says let's look anyways. So we go and literally it's perfect. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 room downstairs. The rest of the basement was mostly finished and so big we were able to build wall and add a room. This house is now a 4 bedroom with an extra room that we use as a bedroom. We can also still build another wall and create another room. Thank you Steve, you knew exactly what we needed!
