Experiencia fantástica: The entire home-buying process was extremely stressful and felt like a very lengthy process for my fiance and I (even though it was only about 3.5 months from start to finish), but Shelley was there for us every step of the way. This was the first time we have worked with a realtor so we didn't really know what to expect. When we first started looking, we were completely set on our "must haves". We found a house we absolutely fell in love with and decided to put in an offer, but unfortunately the sellers were extremely difficult to work with and ultimately backed out of the sale which led to my fiance and I living in a camper. Due to our living situation, we ended up wanting to speed up the home buying process while also being picky and wanting to find something that didn't feel like we were settling. We chose to expand our search and looked at homes that didn't exactly fit our original criteria. Shelley helped us navigate that difficult situation with patience, professionalism, and reassurance. She always took the time to answer our questions, even when we had a million of them. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, looking at countless homes with us, sometimes 10 houses a day. When she wasn't available, she would send her assistant to take us to work with our work schedules. She was always willing to go wherever we wanted to look and never made us feel like we were asking for too much. Every time we apologized she reassured us that there was no need and that was what she was there for. Ultimately, we found a home that we fell in love with. This seller was also somewhat difficult, they asked us to re write our original offer and then when we did, they didn't like the offer. Shelley worked with the seller's agent to figure out what we needed to do to get the deal closed and was able to get it done for us. Her dedication, patience, and support made such a stressful experience so much easier, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend Shelley to anyone looking to buy a home. Even after closing on the home and moving in, Shelley checked in with us and asked us how our new home was.

Experiencia positiva: I contacted Shelley Keller back in 2022..when I was going to visit my family..looking to buy, even with limited funds, I applied thru CHFA Loan, approved byt limited.. Shelley met with me, showed me many places, and, I chose a really rundown bungalow..in the week I was here in Co. She helped my purchase of a FSBO, TO GUT AND RENO. Always= she was able to help coach me as a senior lady, thru the sale plus recommended various contacts for the entire project. And, some glitches on delats of some work. Yet, I moved here Oct. 2022 staying with family for then 6 months..thru All the projects. After, I fractured my ankle in Nov 2024, then in 2025 I decided to move and sell my little bungalow. Shelley s advice and help was continuous to get house sold and closed 2/23/26. So, very grateful for Shelley Keller and her endless professional help especially since Im not Tech savy at my age. Where other agents have opted for a quick sale and not much interest in getting me the best deal, Shelley was not like that. She helped my wife and I sell our home and was on top of it from the moment of our initial meeting to even after we closed. We had an accepted offer on the same day we listed the house for sale, if that gives you any idea of her motivation. It is extremely apparent Shelley loves her job, goes above and beyond to ensure the process goes smoothly, and is just a genuinely nice and caring person who has your back. She also is a part of the ‘Homes for Heroes’ program, which supports veterans by offering discounts, something I very much appreciated and respected as a 20-year veteran. Below is a summarized version what makes her a truly special, otherwise I would have to write a literal novel to fully explain how great Shelley is and everything she did for us. But, suffice it say, she is the best realtor I have ever worked with and someone I hold great respect for due to how efficiently she operates. Ultimately, I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell or purchase a home. Basically, you want these qualities in a realtor; 1. Communication/organizational skills, 2. Knowledge/experience, 3. Personability/Trustworthiness. Shelley is unquestionably superior in all of these categories. 1. Communication/organizational skills – In my option, 90% of what a good realtor provides is prompt/accurate communication. I’ve dealt with numerous realtors in the past that were painfully slow in passing updates/answering questions, provided vague/confusing answers that constantly left you wondering, or were simply overwhelmed and unable to manage simultaneous clients. Shelley on the other hand absolutely excels in these areas. She is always super quick to respond and ensures everything is laid out in a manner for anyone to understand. I also never had to re-explain/remind her of any deadlines, particulars with the house, etc. If she was busy with other clients or personal events, she would send a quick message, again nothing left to wonder. Overall, I was highly impressed with her communication skills and her ability to seamlessly manage everything so effortlessly. 2. Knowledge/experience – As an inquisitive person, I naturally had a lot of questions during the selling process. Having someone lacking knowledge or confidence leads to second guessing the person’s ability and ultimately erodes everything. Shelley’s high level of knowledge allowed her to provide accurate information without hesitation and really established the trust we had throughout the process. You can tell Shelley is very experienced/savvy with the local area, current market, contract particulars, buying/selling process, etc. Essentially, it is exactly what you need in a realtor. 3. Personability/Trustworthiness – Finding someone you can get along with and how they get along with others is an absolute must. No one (clients, other listing/buying agents, title company reps, etc.) wants to work with the ‘Negative Nancy’ or someone who gives excuses all of the time. Shelley is one of those rare individuals that is always positive, outgoing, happy, the list goes on. Even when we hit a few road blocks along the way that delayed our closing timeline, she always stayed positive which helped reduce our overall stress. It is no wonder why she is so sought after, Shelley is just a legitimately awesome person. In terms of trustworthiness, what has always rubbed me wrong with realtors in the past is simply doing whatever it took to close the deal in order to get their commission. Downplaying inspection items, being apprehensive to negotiate as to not interfere with deal, not wanting to change any terms, delay any timelines, etc. all convey that they only care about finalizing the deal. I never felt this way with Shelley or was pressured to do anything I felt as uncomfortable. As previously mentioned, Shelley has your back 100% of the time, genuinely cares, and provides you with informed guidance throughout, as to make the best decisions for your situation.
