Experiencia negativa: Never been a client and never will be, for two reasons: 1. They hired an unprofessional and questionable realtor. 2. Their responses to any review under 4-5 stars are full of deflection and excuses. Every issue? Somehow never their fault. While researching companies to buy a home, this one was an easy pass. I can’t trust a business that refuses to acknowledge mistakes or take accountability. We’re all human—own it when you mess up. EDIT: less than 12 hrs later and they find my social media and try to friend me? Creepy. Weird. Not normal.

Experiencia negativa: I had Marsha weigel a while back. She was just very rude and pushy. She kept saying I need to make a higher bid to get this house. I found out not too long ago she basically had me and another client bidding against each other so she could get a bigger commission. I’m actually friends with the guy I bought my house from now and he told me about it. Marsha was actually bragging to my buddy about it.

The only thing I can think of. Make them look good to the seller.They really don't care whose time they're wasting. Bottom line is they're getting their commission either way.

She was able to work around our schedule for showings, made sure we completed all required paperwork on time, and also is just an overall great person and a blessing to work with.

Experiencia negativa: I worked with Tina Attoe and honestly it was the worst experience she not only didn't do much to help us find a house we were looking for but she also tried pressuring me and my wife into paying way more than what we were willing to pay on a house. The last house that we finally went with during our showing there was a elder lady who had been renting the upstairs area for over 25yrs and they was a possibility at that time there was discussion of her wanting to continue to rent that area but Tina kept on implying over and over again that we could just kick the old lady out (mind you she had to of been in her late 70's early 80's ) despite me saying I wouldn't do that to the lady that would be wrong she just kept saying it she is very rude and has no respect for others she is beyond pushy all she cares about is getting paid at any cost hell she even tried to sell me her house off the record I don't know much about this company but if they all are like her well I high suggest to go through someone else just look at my picture she took usually people are beyond excited at finally buying a house but with me she killed the whole mood. The worst part about the whole sale is property got damaged by the seller and sellers realtor as well as "MY" realtor Tina Attoe tried to implicate that I was lying and finally after arguing enough about it the sellers realtor contacted the seller and verified that they damaged property and my realtor kept trying to argue for the seller trying to say they don't owe me anything im buying the house as is until I had ro point out the fact that I agreed to buy the house in the condition it was in at the time of the offer it wasn't until I threatened to cancel the closing date and withdrawal my offer that she finally spoke with someone about my request to pay for the damages
