The deal to buy our house almost fell through due to seller issues, but Andrea handled it for us and kept us informed. First, we always felt supported by them. They were always prompt in responding and communicating with us. With that, if we felt we were encountering troubles, we always felt comfortable asking them questions and requesting guidance. Secondly, Tiffany was awesome in showing us various homes during our house hunting. She was flexible with scheduling and always provided an honest perspective about the houses we were interested in. Lastly, when we were selling our home, Pam was wonderful and extremely organized in getting the process underway. If we did not have Pam as our realtor, we think it would have taken much longer to sell our condo. As a bonus, both Pam and Tiffany are so much fun! They brighten up the room every time we met in person because of their kindness and bright personalities. Again, we cannot thank them enough and we will always be grateful for all of their hard work.
