Several of the neighbors in the area had suggested to her that she use a certain realtor who lived in Marion County, because they said, "She sells everything in Marion County." My aunt and I met with her, but she wasn't interested in walking the property to really get a feel for what it had to offer. I then suggested to my aunt that she atleast meet Jamie Griffis.
