Experiencia negativa: Kayla Jones is not a good agent .all she is worried about is getting her commission .i should have sold my home to a home buyer.l would never deal with her again.to me she seems like she favors the buyer she always wanted to me to help the buyer.what about me? I wanted to sell my house as is .she completely ignored that.it still cost me quite a bit of money. I was recently disabled and had to sell my home.i could not keep up on the maintenance on it anymore.they took advantage of me and backed up the buyer.they tried to sell my home as fast as possible.it was about to go into foreclosure.they did not want to lose the sale.dont sell your home through Berkshire.they cost me around $30,000 .i think i was ripped off.

Experiencia fantástica: As a seller who resides out of town, we relied on Kayla Jones. Kayla was a phenomenal communicator. The professional pictures and compiled video of the house and yard were well above expectations. She was very attentive and even went out of her way to ensure the house was secured and even replaced the air conditioner cover when an inspector did not replace the cover! Would wholeheartedly recommend Kayla Jones as a Realtor!

Experiencia positiva: As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous going into the process. I did a lot of research about the process, but it still was overwhelming at times. Sal did a great job answering questions and helping us understand how it works. We found our house and got to go see it right away it wasn't on the market long and I was going to wait to make an offer but Sal informed me that the house had already been getting views and if we like it to put in a offer ASAP. He sent the offer over they countered and we accapted. Everything ran smooth we closed in 30 day give or take a day or two. All in all it was a good experence and i will use Sal again in a few years when i plan to buy more property.

If not for Jeff of Berkshire Hathaway, I honestly believe my mom's house would have continued down its "Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure" route. He is the nicest most helpful realtor I've ever met. I highly recommend Berkshire Hathaway.

Throughout the process we received solid advice and great communication each step of the way. Never once did we feel like he was interested in anything other than our best interest. As awesome as he was as a buyers agent he was better when it came time to sell. The team at Berkshire Hathaway listed our home and had it under contract in 2 weeks for $5000 over asking and they did it at the end of September. I cannot overstate how highly we recommend them, buying or selling.
