Experiencia fantástica: Would like to let anyone selling a house know the reason you need a realtor is Tradewater Realty and specifically Rhonda Yates. I inherited a house and was going to sell on my own and luckily that fell through. I live out of state didn't know the market and goggled realtors. After speaking to Rhonda she went to the house I told her what I was going to ask for it and she had three words. NO NO NO! She had a contract in twenty four hours. I was blown away. Long story short she got me seventy-five thousand more than I was going to ask. We closed in a month and I couldn't be happier.
