Experiencia negativa: Edit to add : read the renters review carefully twice... the ever changing response to my review is mind boggling and from a renters perspective should tell you everything. Dads, moms, checking reviews, please HEAR ME! Head males name is Soloman Greene, DO NOT rent from them, family buisness with a huge pride issue (inexplicably if you met them) there willing to take on tens if not over 100k in legal damages to actively screw my family from buying our first home, here’s how: new renters, out of staters BEWARE, I’m talking: they approach your neighbors, make baseless and honestly silly accusations of abuse, have there lawyers buy from your buisness to acquire info on you, they provably stalk the houses they rent out and refuse repairs, it gets hot in Florida mom and dad. A tree fell on the house we rented from them during hurricane Milton, straight through the roof, you could see sky. Amongst the many other things we let go of, out of Christian character, for example: a separate event, a tree falling on our car, multiple broken (and unfixed) windows, a laundry list of recorded neglect. After a year of asking, begging, and threatening they still wouldn’t fix this hole the tree made. Why didn’t they fix the hole? Because we asked, that’s why, and that’s exactly why you SHOULDNT rent from these people. After a year of nothing being done, except excuses and a sandbagged tarp, with three small children in the home they decided that what needed attention was the moisture accumulation in the hole/attic, not the hole itself, so they lied and claimed they were repairing it, instead they set up a commercial dehumidifier in the middle of my bedroom and thought I would be fine with the bedroom getting to 110 degrees, being unusable for multiple days, all while we paid the quickly rising electric bill. The house is barely 900 sqft. They hired an incompetent person, it all fell down and almost lit the house on fire…anyway, after some more time we demanded action on the fix in seven days, within two weeks we gave them a notice of intent to vacate within 7 days and then left after no response was given in those 7 days. Even though we had been living there with this hole, in the master bedroom, for almost a year, gave them legal notice and in my opinion were great tennants, (I’ve currently been renting another place for a year no issue) Greene Realty decided to basically ignore our legal document and make a claim to the Credit bureaus ( only after we left the property) claiming I was late on rent multiple months , claiming we owe almost half a year in rental payments. Idk if you guys have ever tried to buy a house before good luck if you don’t use credit, and this is one of the only reports. In closing AVOID Greene Realty there’s plenty of better businesses to rent from. There a family of users and low moral people willing and able to do any evil they can get there slimy keyboards to do if you don’t just allow them to mistreat you. Completely disgusting behavior I’ve never met a more low group of people in any buinsess anywhere. Included are a couple photos, the damage from Milton where you can clearly see the raised roof, what you can’t see is the massive branch that speared into the bedroom through the roof, or the rainwater dripping into my room anytime it rained. A picture of the lease breakage dated almost a calendar year after Milton and the van that we didn’t attempt to seek compensation on and were not offered any. God bless hope you find a better opportunity in housing.

He goes above and beyond to make sure his tenants are happy and safe. Not only is he my landlord but an excellent Realtor. Experiencia negativa: My wife and I were scheduled to view a rental property in DeLand, FL on 6-20-18. We made it known we were traveling in from Tampa to view the property, but the realtor who was supposed to show us the home, Christian Holzman, neglected to call us until one hour before the scheduled viewing. We drove from Tampa to DeLand and did not even get an apology. Needless to say, we won’t be even considering another property through Greene Realty.
