As first time home buyers, Ryan made it extremely easy with his knowledge and experience in the process. Before our whole process started, my wife and I had a phone conversation with Ryan where he asked us questions to see what was important to us, what our budget was, and other major details that would help in our search for our first home. We set up a tour for the house that we were interested in and Ryan walked us through the home/property and pointed out specific things that were unique or things to make sure we knew about. We decided that we want to put in an offer and Ryan ultimately walked us through the entire process. He explained to us how we could make our offer more attractive as there was quite a lot of interest in this home and asked us what we would like to do, instead of telling us this is what you needed to do. He allowed us to make the decisions, but gave recommendations and different options that were available. He is extremely dedicated to his clients and even though he was visiting family the day that we wanted to make an offer, he was still able to write up the offer and keep us informed on where we stood with the sellers. After our offer was accepted, he walked through everything with the inspection (even went through the inspection report with us to make sure we understood what everything meant), closing, and everything in between. In short, Ryan was absolutely awesome to work with and we will definitely be using Ryan when we are ready to sell our house. He made everything extremely easy and comfortable for us, as this was our first experience with home buying.
