Experiencia fantástica: I have had the pleasure of knowing Jason on a personal level for about 10 years and when I heard he was going into realty, my first thought was "This was made for Jason. His personality, his sense of humor, and the way he can connect with anyone, he will do phenomenal." And boy, was I right! Back in May, Jason worked as my selling agent for a home in Strong. Jason had been to that home on a friendship level dozens of times, hung out with my family, my kids like to refer to him as "Uncle Jason" When he showed up to go over the analysis that he took a lot of time to write up, he showed nothing by professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I didn't know Anna before the process of trying to purchase a house on the western side of Maine. My realtor that sold my home in Penobscot County in Maine recommended Anna. I hit the jackpot for sure. One of the best advice Anna gave me was let's be prepared for a quick, rough/aggressive market and have your financials ready to go. This is absolutely great advice. I could go on and on, but here are a few items: knowledgeable, professional-polite, always have your best interest (represents you) and patient. Actively worked to facilitate resolutions to any and all issues that will arise during the purchase process. My experience was awesome as follows: I made an offer on a home on 1/30/22, under contract on 2/1/22 and closed on my home on 3/9/22. Do I need to say more!!! We started working with Anna Moog in June, in search of our new home for after my retirement from the military. As I was stationed on the west coast at that time, I was only in the local area briefly. Anna showed me four houses in the span of about three hours before I had to get back on an airplane, even having arranged one of the showings last minute. We chose a home and put in our offer, only to unfortunately walk away from that home. Anna worked with us and quickly got another home under contract for us almost immediately! Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I came across Anna in Rangeley, Maine, by chance, after having had disappointing and disturbing experiences with two other realtors in the area when placing offers with them as listing agents, both realtors of the same major real estate company in Rangeley. We were appalled by the lack of professionalism of these agents and the feeling of "Buyer Beware" our dealings with them demonstrated. After having practised real estate for over 25 years in another state and compared it many times with the Wild West, we expected Rangeley with its remoteness to be different. We were repeatedly undermined by realtors of this major real estate company in Rangeley when making offers as their intention was to keep both sides of the transaction in house, succeeding to the point of underselling property.
